Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/) (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to ‘Zing Flowers Christmas Giveaway’ (the “Competition”) which will run from Tuesday 8th December – Tuesday 15th December 2020 on the Smooth website; Smoothradio.com.

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to the Competition entry page at Smoothradio.com, submit an answer to a multiple-choice question and register their details. Online entry will open on 13:00 Tuesday 8th December and close at 23:59 on Tuesday 15th December 2020.

4. After the closing time, one Entrant with the correct answer will be selected at random from all eligible entries to be the winner. The winner will be drawn by Wednesday 16th December. If we do not receive a response from the winner within three days of contact, a new winner will be drawn at random as outlined above.

5. The winner will be notified by email using the email address they provide at the time of entry. Delivery of the prize will be arranged with the winner.

6. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.

Eligibility:
7. Entrants must be a mainland UK resident, aged 18 or over.

8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

9. Entrants must be able to provide a name, address and contact telephone number to arrange delivery of the prize.

Prize:
10. The Prize is one Zing Spritz Bouquet which includes one 20cl bottle of Adnams Prosecco, Be Calm Gift Set, and one box of Montezuma Garden Party Vegan And Organic Truffles, selected by Zing Flowers and two meals which each serve two people from Pasta Evangelists which can be selected by the winner. The winner will be asked to provide any food allergies or intolerances when they accept the prize. Find out more about Pasta Evangelists here. 12. Pasta Evangelists deliver across the UK, 7 days a week, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and Hebrides.

Unfortunately, if you live in the Scottish Highlands or outside mainland Britain (e.g. Northern Ireland or Channel Islands), we aren’t able to deliver to you on a Monday or Sunday. Please see their delivery FAQs for further details.

13. Delivery of the Zing Spritz Bouquet, Be Calm Gift Set and of Montezuma Garden Party Vegan And Organic Truffles, from Zing Flowers will be arranged with the winner. The prizes will be delivered by Yodel couriers.

14. Global reserves the right to substitute the prizes with another prize of equal or greater value at its absolute discretion.
