Competition Terms and Conditions

ONLINE COMPETITION:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “KISS x Sundown Festival Giveaway” (Online Competition) (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

Entrants are invited to go online to answer the question and enter their details.

X1 winner will win 4 VIP weekend Sundown tickets with accommodation from Friday 3rd September 2021 to Monday 6th September 2021
X10 runner-ups will each win 1 x pair of general admission Sundown tickets (10 x pairs in total) from Saturday 4th September 2021 to Sunday 5th September 2021
The winners must satisfy the Terms and Conditions, otherwise their entry will become invalid and a new winner will be selected.

The winners will be chosen by electronic random draw from Monday 16th August 2021 and contacted by KISS and/or Sundown Festival.

2. ENTRY PLATFORMS AND COSTS

Online entry is free.

3. DATES

Start Date and End Date:

The competition will run from 09:00am on Friday 6th August 2021 and will close at 11.59pm on Friday 13th August 2021.

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

• Open to UK residents aged 18 years or over on date of entry.

• Please note: You and your guests must be aged 18+ on date of entry. Valid ID will be required on entry.

• Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter.

5. THE PRIZES

There will be 11 winners in total.

– 1 winner will win the following:

X4 VIP weekend tickets to Sundown Festival 2021 with accommodation Friday 3rd September 2021 to Monday 6th September 2021

– 10 winners will win the following:

X1 pair of general admission Sundown Festival 2021 tickets from Saturday 4th September 2021 to Sunday 5th September 2021

Please note:

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

The prizes will be provided by Sundown Festival.

The prize winners will be the person who successfully answers the online question.

Winners must be aged 18 years or over on date of entry. Identification will be required on entry at the event.

Please note the winners will be contacted from Monday 16th August 2021.

OTHER CONDITIONS

DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and /or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider,) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. If you have, your details will be used in accordance with the information given when you ticked the opt-in box and gave your consent. For more details, see: http://www.bauerdatapromise.co.uk/.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

MISCELLANEOUS

Entries that don’t comply with these terms won’t be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you’ve breached them.

One entry per person.

If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.

The correct answer to the question must exactly match our answer to win.

We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control
