Competition Description
Smooth Radio want to help you send a message to someone you wish you could enjoy a NESCAFÉ Original with during lockdown. Whether it’s a birthday, a ‘thank you’ or just to say ‘I miss you’, use the text box to write your message and who it’s for.
You’ll be in with a chance of hearing your message read out on air, and be entered into a prize draw to win TWO iPads, to help you stay connected virtually.
Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.smoothradio.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Nescafe Original’ radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run from 28/05/2020 to 02/07/2020 on Smooth Network (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to smoothradio.com, register their details and submit a message in the entry box.
4. Online entry will open at 16:00 on Thursday 28th May and close at 23:59 on Thursday 2nd July 2020.
5. To enter the competition, an entrant must submit a message in the entry box provided, following the instructions on screen. We’re asking entrants to submit a kind, thankful, positive message online that they’d like to share with a friend, family member, partner that they miss during these times. Some of these messages will be chosen and read out on air. All messages submitted will be entered into the draw to win the prizes stated below.
6. Each week, 5 messages will be selected in total and read out across the week. A Smooth producer will be choosing the messages directly. They will be looking for kind, caring, thankful, loving, family-friendly messages that have been shared about a loved one/relative/friend and so on. The producers decision is final. The entrants that have their messages selected, will be contacted to notify them that their message has been chosen.
7. If any entry is deemed rude, offensive, discusses anything illegal, expletive, or not appropriate for radio broadcast, it will be excluded from the competition. This is down to the discretion of the producer and their decision is final.
Eligibility:
8. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
9. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
10. Out of all entries received at the end of the competition, 2 winners will be selected at random and win 2 x iPad 2019 7th Gen 10.2in Wi-Fi 128GB which will be fulfilled by NDL. If any entry is deemed rude, offensive, discusses anything illegal or expletive, it will be excluded from the competition. This is down to the discretion of the producer.
Each entrant who has their message selected to be read out on air, will receive a jar of NESCAFE instant coffee which will be sent to them within 28 days of them being selected and contacted.

11. Should this product be unavailable at the time of purchase, NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change.
12. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Apple.
13. All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner and their chosen friend. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries.
14. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
