TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “ONCE UPON A TIME…IN HOLLYWOOD – ABSOLUTE RADIO SCREENING COMP ” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN

To win tickets, the entrant should register their details in the form provided. Up to 30 winners will be chosen by random electronic draw and given two tickets to the screening. The screening will take place in a Central London Location at 7pm on Monday 12th August 2019. Winners will be contacted on Friday 9th August and told the location and full event details.

2. Entry Platforms and Costs

Online entry is free.

3. DATES

Start Date and End Date: From 00:00 on Wednesday 31st July 2019 to 09.00 on Friday 9th August 2019.

Entries received before the Start Date or after the End Date will be invalid.

4. ENTRY RESTRICTIONS

Open to UK residents
Our employees (and their family members) or employees of any company involved in the Competition, incl. the Prize Provider, must not enter.
If you have won a Bauer competition in the past 6 months to the value of £500 or more, you or any person at the winning address will not be eligible to win the competition.
All winners and their guests will need to be ages 18 or over and bring valid photographic ID to the screening. Failure to provide photographic ID at the screening may result in guests being unable to enter the screening.
5. THE PRIZE

Up to 30 winners will be chosen by random electronic draw from all entrants to attend an exclusive screening of ONCE UPON A TIME… IN HOLLYWOOD on Monday 12th August in a Central London Location.

All winners will be contacted on Friday 9th August and given full event details.

The Screening will begin at 7pm sharp and any guests arriving late may be refused entry to the screening.

The Prize is provided by Sony Pictures UK.

OTHER CONDITIONS

DATA PROTECTION. Names, email addresses, and/or telephone numbers (which, for all SMS competitions, will be shared with our SMS provider) will be collected and used to process entries. Winner’s details may be given to the prize provider to arrange delivery of the prize. Your details may remain stored after the End Date but will not be used for marketing unless you have ticked an opt-in box on entry. If you have, your details will be used in accordance with the information given when you ticked the opt-in box and gave your consent. For more details, see: http://www.bauerdatapromise.co.uk/.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND CONSENTS. By entering this Competition, you are consenting to our use of your entry both to publicise this Competition, our radio station or any other radio station which we own or control. This means that we may use all names, images, descriptions, photographs video footage, and other information, which you’ve submitted on entry, in any media, without paying you and without any time restriction. You also agree that we may film, record or photograph you in connection with the competition and /or the Prize (if you win!). We will own these films, recordings or photographs and we may use them publicly, including on the internet, for our radio broadcasts and/or for any promotional purposes. You will also have waived any moral rights or right to payment that you may have had.

MISCELLANEOUS.
Entries that don’t comply with these terms will not be accepted and you may be disqualified if we think you have breached them.
One entry per person.
If there is a dispute about the operation of the Competition or correctness of any answers given, our decision is final and no discussion will be entered into on this subject.
The correct answers to questions must exactly match our answers to win.
We are not responsible if you fail to get through when you call / text to enter, or if you lose signal during a call.
You are responsible for all costs of entry.
You may be disqualified if you are incomprehensible, inaudible or if you appear to be driving, intoxicated or likely to offend listeners.
We may cancel / amend / end / suspend the Competition if we need to do so due to circumstances outside our control.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS for “ONCE UPON A TIME…IN HOLLYWOOD – ABSOLUTE RADIO LA TRIP COMP ” (the “Competition”). These terms should be read with our general competition terms at: http://www.bauerlegal.co.uk/radio-competition-terms.html which also apply to this Competition.

1. COMPETITION MECHANIC AND HOW TO WIN
To take part in the competition the entrant should call into the breakfast show on 0330 123 1215 when told to do so by the presenter. Once phone lines have been opened, entrants will be able to call in and one will be chosen to take part on air.
Once brought to air, the presenters will describe something e.g. a person, a place, an object and the caller will have one opportunity to say who, what or where they think the clues are describing. If the caller gets the answer wrong, they will be disqualified and the presenters will move onto the next caller in the queue and the mechanic will be repeated. The caller that gets the answer correct on their first attempt will be awarded the prize.

3. DATES
Start Date and End Date: Daily during the Absolute Radio Breakfast Show from 06.00am to 10.00am on Monday 5th August to Friday 9th August 2019.

5. THE PRIZE
1 trip to LA each day. Prize package for 2 adults includes:
• Return flights from London to Los Angeles, California, USA, including taxes, fees and one item of checked luggage per person
• Return shuttle airport transfers in Los Angeles
• 3 nights’ hotel accommodation in West Hollywood, with a four-star rating, based on sharing a double room
• Daily breakfast
• Travel insurance

Economy flights available from major international airports in London only; Flights may be indirect and not all routings will be available; Flight itinerary will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; Winner and guest must have full passport valid for at least 6 months at time of travel; Any necessary visas, including ESTA’s, are the responsibility of winner and guest; A valid credit or debit card will be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation; Hotel accommodation is based on two adults sharing one double room; Hotel will be selected by prize provider at their sole discretion; Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and/or their companion to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical condition and for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their companion are aged 70 or over; Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable; No cash alternative is available; Prize is subject to availability; Prize cannot be taken over the months of July, August, December and January, including Christmas and New Year, or over UK bank holidays and over Easter Sunday; Prize is valid for 12 months from the date of notification of winning, and travel must be booked and completed within that time frame; Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure; Stay must include a Saturday night in the hotel; All elements of the prize must be taken at the same time; Once booked, the prize cannot be altered or amended; At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Where any travellers are aged under 18, they must have prior parental or guardian permission; The prize excludes domestic ground transfers, meals and drinks, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, visas and personal expenses and anything not expressly included in the prize.
