Upload a photo or a video below for your chance to win the ULTIMATE PAW Patrol: The Movie family package.
The video should be no more than 3 minutes, and the size no more than 200MB.
You could be winning your pups the ultimate family package, including annual Cineworld Unlimited Cards and tickets to Nickelodeon Land.
Competition Terms and Conditions
1. The Paw Patrol: The Movie promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from Friday 6th August 2021 to Thursday 12th August 2021 on the Heart Network. Global is the Promoter. The ‘Promotion Partner’ mentioned in these Specific Rules are Paramount Pictures.
2. IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.
Details of the Promotion:
3. To enter the Promotion you must:
• (i) go online to the Promotion entry page at heart.co.uk/win and register your details;
• (ii) upload a photo or video of your PAW Patrol themed entry. For example, a PAW Patrol themed cake or a drawing of a PAW Patrol character.
4. Entry photographs must be a maximum size of 20MB.
5. Entry videos must be a maximum size of 200MB.
6. Entries deemed by us to be rude, offensive, defamatory, illegal or condoning dangerous behaviour will be removed.
7. Entries deemed by us to not be related to PAW Patrol will be removed.
8. Online entry will open at 12:00 on Friday 6th August 2021 and close at 23:59 on Thursday 12th August 2021. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
9. Within 14 days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw. One entry will be selected at random as a winning entry and this winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via telephone on the telephone number on which you entered. If the winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner from the original list of entries. That subsequent winner must respond to the notification email within 28 days of the date on which they are notified, or they will also forfeit the prize.
10. By submitting your entry to this Promotion, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of all individuals that feature in your submission (in the case of children under the age of 18, you have obtained the consent of the child’s parent/guardian) and agree to notify us immediately if their consent is withdrawn at any time.
11. We and the Promotion Partner, may publish and publicise your entry, and we may refer to you and any applicable third party’s (for example any one included in the submission/a guest/a travel companion) association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion.
12. In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we and our Promotion Partner may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, in connection with the Promotion. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture.
Eligibility:
13. The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over and who are based in the UK at the time of entry.
14. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion.
Prize:
15. One winning entrant will receive:
15.1 4 x Cineworld Unlimited passes valid for 12 months
15.2 Passes for a family of 5 (two adults and three children) to Nickelodeon Land and Blackpool Pleasure Beach
15.3 £500 cash
15.4 A Paw Patrol merchandise package including a backpack, hat and wristband.
16. The Cineworld Unlimited Passes are subject to the Cineworld Unlimited terms and conditions which are available at https://www.cineworld.co.uk/static/en/uk/terms/unlimited-card and are valid for 12 months from receipt.
17. The passes to Nickelodeon Land and Blackpool Pleasure Beach are in the form of e-tickets, which are valid for up to 2 adults and 3 children aged 11 years and under. eTickets are valid until 30th June 2022 (subject to availability and extension of the redemption period by the Promotion Partner and/or its prize fulfilment vendor). 18. The £500 expenses allowance will be delivered via bank transfer to the winner’s nominated UK bank account. The recipient of funds must be aged 18 or over. No liability is accepted for non-delivery of rewards caused by the provision of wrong information by the winner. Expenses that are incurred over the value of £500 will need to be paid by the winner.
19. Any other portion of the Prize will be subject to any other relevant provider’s terms and conditions and, if applicable, health and safety protocols.
20. In addition to the provisions set out at clause 12.1 in the General Competition Terms & Conditions relating to fulfilment of prizes, our ability to fulfil a prize, or perform any of our obligations under the General Competition Terms and Conditions or these Specific Rules (together, the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) could be affected by an actual or threatened epidemic, pandemic, disease or quarantine and/or any corresponding governmental action, guidance and/or ruling (including but not limited to any Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office guidance) (“Covid Measures”). If, due to Covid Measures, we are unable to fulfil a prize or perform any of our other obligations under the Competition Terms and Conditions, (for example, if the prize is a Holiday Prize to a destination where UK travellers are unable to travel to or advised against travelling to as a result of the Covid Measures), then we shall not be in breach of the Competition Terms and Conditions. In these circumstances, we will try and mitigate the effects of the Covid Measures, for example, by varying or swapping the prize in accordance with the provisions at clause 12. A Holiday Prize may need to be swapped for a cash prize, which will be decided by us in our sole discretion.
21. All prizes will be delivered to the winner by the Promotion Partner or its prize vendor.
22. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner. By way of example, without limitation, food is not included within the Cineworld cinema passes.
23. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available except in our sole discretion.
24. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

Data Protection:
26. Your personal data, and the personal data of any guest(s)/travel companion(s) that you or they provide to us, will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited and Quidem Limited), the Promotion Partner, as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.
27. We may hold your personal data for a period of 2 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations.
28. You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us or our Promotion Partners when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we and/or our Promotion Partners (as applicable) will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see our Privacy Policy for more details). You can opt out at any time.
29. We, the Promotion Partners and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
30. By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy before entering any Promotion.
31. You may request the removal of your personal details from our database by contacting privacy@global.com. If you request that your personal details be removed prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
32. If you are required to submit a guest(s)/travel companion(s) personal data to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that your guest(s)/travel companion(s) have given you consent to provide us with their personal data.
