Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to Green Flag radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run from 7th December to 13th December on the Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk to register their details and answer a multiple-choice question.
4. Online entry will open at 00:01 on 7th December and close at 23:59 on 13th December
5. From all correct and eligible entrants, one entrant will be randomly selected and awarded their prize by Global radio by telephone and/or email within seven days of the closing date, and will be given details of how to accept their prize.

6. Entrants must be aged 18 and over
7. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

9. This prize will be fulfilled by the prize agency The NDL Group.
10. Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
11. Winner must confirm their delivery address by Thursday 17th December 2020.
12. Contents of the Fortnum and Mason hamper may vary at the time of delivery.
13. Christmas dinner bundle contents may vary at time of delivery. Vegetarian and Vegan menus are available, please advise your preference when you confirm your delivery address. Christmas dinner box will be delivered on the 22nd or 23rd December 2020.
14. The NDL Group will endeavour to deliver all other items by Thursday 24th December 2020. However, due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries which may not arrive in time for Christmas. NDL cannot be held responsible for any delays once items have been dispatched or if the customer does not confirm their delivery address by Thursday 17th December 2020.
15. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
