Terms and Conditions of the Competition

These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and Ickle Bubba Limited (the promoter), Unit 5, Ponthenry Industrial Estate, Llanelli, SA15 5RA

ELIGIBILITY

The competition is only open to residents in the UK MAINLAND only. Entrants must be over the age of 18 and hold a valid email address.

The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:

Employees of Ickle Bubba Ltd,
immediate family members, &
associated companies
Ickle Bubba assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
Entries from automated competition entry sites such as (but not exclusive to) Win24, WeWin4U, Prizewise, Prize500 and PrizeDrawCentre are not valid and will be disqualified.

HOW TO ENTER

1. Entries can be made online via the competition page www.icklebubba.com/competition/eclipse-competition

a. To enter, you must submit a valid email address plus full name.

b. You must complete all information fields as required. Only one entry is allowed per person. There is no entry fee and no purchase required.

c. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or late entries will not be accepted.

d. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed, wrongly delivered, or not received for whatsoever reason.

2. Entries can be made online via Ickle Bubba’s Facebook and Instagram pages

a. To enter via Facebook, you have to;

i. Like and share the competition post

ii. Comment on the competition post

b. To enter via Instagram, you have to;

i. Like and share this competition post to your story

ii. Comment on the competition post

3. Entries can be made online via the Emma’s Diary app

a. To enter, you must submit a valid due date.

b. Only one entry is allowed per person. There is no entry fee and no purchase required.

c. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or late entries will not be accepted.

PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion opens on Tuesday 3rd August 2021 and closes at Midnight, Monday 30th August 2021.

Website entries received before or after the stated dates may be included into Ickle Bubba’s database but will not be entered into the prize draw.

PRIZE

There is one (1) prize consisting of a Eclipse i-Size Travel System With Isofix Base, to the value of £849 comprising of;

Eclipse 2 in 1 Carrycot & Pushchair
Mercury i-Size Car Seat
Isofix Base
Plus accessories

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value.

There is no cash alternative or alternative prize of equal or greater value unless there are circumstances beyond our control.

Any costs incurred over and above the basic prize are at the personal cost of the winner.

The prize is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged.

SELECTION OF WINNER

One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entries no later than 2nd September 2021.

If the winner cannot be contacted after two (2) attempts within three (3) business days of the draw date, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

Ickle Bubba reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions.

The name and home county of the winner will be available for one (1) month after the prize draw takes place by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Ickle Bubba Competitions at the stated address.

GENERAL

By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

By entering the competition, you are agreeing for your details to be entered into the Ickle Bubba database for marketing purposes – we do NOT sell any data onto 3rd parties for marketing purposes.

All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.

We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misaddressed, undelivered, postage due or misdirected entries.

Ickle Bubba reserve the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment.

The decisions of Ickle Bubba are final and binding in all matters relating to the Promotion and no correspondence will be entered into.

Personal information collected from entrants will be used for contacting you as per our Privacy Policy and Website Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English & Welsh Courts.

Data Protection: Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter (Ickle Bubba) will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions and as such as has opted in to future marketing from Ickle Bubba. You can unsubscribe at any time, via the “Unsubscribe” link on our Marketing material or by e-mailing marketing@icklebubba.com explicitly requesting to be unsubscribed – this request will be actioned within 30 days of your request. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion and winners’ consent to give their name and county for the winners’ list.
