ITEM 6: ENTRANT RESTRICTIONS
• The Competition is open to UK residents
aged 18 years or over at the date of their
entry.
• Employees (and their family members) of
the Promoter (or any company in the same
group) or any company involved in the
Competition, including the Prize Provider,
are excluded from entering the Competition
and their entries will not be considered.

ITEM 8: DRAW DETAILS
All entrants with the correct answer will be
entered into the draw and a winner will be
chosen at random by an electronic selector.
ITEM 9: WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT The winner will be notified by telephone or email
within 7 days of competition closing and should
accept the prize within 14 days of being notified
otherwise another entrant will be selected.
The name and hometown are available on
request by emailing the contact details listed in
item 16.
ITEM 11: PRIZE DETAILS A single prize consisting of the following will be
awarded to the winner subject to the winner
complying with all the terms and conditions
applicable to the Competition:

FLIGHTS & ACCOMODATION TERMS AND
CONDITIONS
1. This competition is open to UK residents
aged 18 years or over. Proof of age,
identity and eligibility will be requested.
2. No persons, including their immediate
families, connected with the
administration of this competition
and/or employed by Bauer Media,
AMResorts or Barrhead Travel are
eligible to enter.
3. Competition prize is a 7night holiday to
Mexico including accommodation and
return of tickets from GLA to CUN.
4. The online winner will win One (1) room
for five (5) people on an all-inclusive
basis staying in the Secrets Akumal
Riviera Maya
5. The prize is non-transferable.
6. Hotel is subject to change depending on
availability.
7. The winner will be contacted within 5
days of the closing date.
8. The winner will be given 7 days to
respond. If they do not respond within
the timeframe, a new winner will be
selected.
9. Date of departure is 4th October 2019
from Glasgow Airport, returning
11th October 2019 to Glasgow Airport.
10. Prize winners (with a UK passport)
should have at least 6 months validity
on their passport for travel. Other
passports may vary and should be
checked by the prize winner.
11. Carry-on & personal item overhead
baggage is included – see TUI baggage
policy for restrictions.
12. Hold baggage of 23kgs is included per
person.
13. Selected meals & drinks during the flight
are included free of charge.
14. The Prize winners must arrange their
own transportation to and from
Glasgow Airport on the 4th and
11th October 2019.
15. Accommodation is included with an AllInclusive board basis. Room category to
be confirmed at time of booking
16. Prize is non-transferable, nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged
for a cash alternative
17. The Prize does not include spending
money
18. Prize Winners agree that the Prize
Provider Barrhead Travel may use the
Prize Winner’s name and likeness to
administer and promote this
competition, and may be required for
media interviews and promotional
events connected with this competition

Notwithstanding Prize Winners have the
right to object to some or all their

Additional Important Prize Terms
Full details on travel itinerary will be confirmed
ahead of travel dates by Barrhead Travel.
There are seven holidays to be won and all
winners will be travelling on the same dates as a
group booking, however will be staying at
different resorts.
Winners must be prepared to participate in
marketing campaigns including a photo sharing
through social media and photo shoot at the
airport prior to departure.
Any applicable additional costs from the above
including but not limited to, seat assignment,
baggage fees, etc, are determined by the
selected airline and will be the responsibility of
the prize winner.
Winners are responsible for all amenities and
services not covered by the prize package.
Travel insurance is not included and is subject to
the normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing
medical conditions may not be covered.
Winners will be responsible for ensuring that
both travellers have a valid, in-date passport and
must any relevant Visa’s for this destination,
which they should arrange at their own cost.
You will also be responsible for sourcing and
paying for any vaccinations required, for both
you and your guest.
Unless expressly stated, the cost of any spending
money, food, drink or any other sustenance is
not included.
Any other excursions or activities not expressly
mentioned in these terms and conditions are not
covered and are your responsibility to fulfil.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you (and
any of your chosen guests) are fit and able
enough to travel, otherwise the Prize will be
invalid and award the Prize to another entrant.
Third party terms and conditions may also apply.

ITEM 12: PRIZE PROVIDER

(the “Prize Provider”)
Please note that where prizes are provided by
third parties, the prize may be subject to the
terms and conditions of that third party.
The Promoter is not responsible for any aspect of
the Prize, including unsatisfactory quality or late
delivery.
All issues, questions or complaints should be
directed to Barrhead Travel.
ITEM 13: DATA PROTECTION Entrants’ personal data (including name, email
and telephone number will be collected by the
Promoter and will be used to process entries.
The Promoter will also provide winners’ names
and contact details to the Prize Provider, solely
for the purpose of arranging delivery of the prize.
Entrants will also have the option to opt in to
receive information directly from Barrhead
Travel.
By entering the Competition, participants
consent to the storage and processing of their
personal data as described here, which shall be
strictly in accordance with current UK Data
Protection legislation.
Personal data may remain stored by the Prize
Provider after the Competition has ended but
will not be used for marketing purposes, unless
the participant has opted in to receive marketing
communications.

ITEM 14: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND
CONSENTS
• Entrants consent to their voice being used
on the Promoter’s radio broadcasts and to a
copy of this broadcast (the “Recording”)
being stored by the Promoter for
exploitation in any and all media for
promotional or other purposes.
• To the extent possible, entrants agree to
assign to the Promoter the title to any
intellectual property rights or interest that
they may have in the Recording.
ITEM 15: OTHER CONDITIONS
• Only entries received in accordance with
these Terms will be accepted.
• The Promoter has the right to disqualify
participants if it reasonably believes
participants have breached any of the
Terms.
• If there is any misunderstanding, mistake or
dispute concerning the operation of the
Competition, including the correctness or
acceptability of any answers given by
winner(s), or the operation of any
technical/communications system, the
Promoter’s decision shall be final and no
correspondence or discussion will be
entered into on this subject.
• The correct answers to questions must
exactly match the Promoter’s answers to
win.
• The Promoter has no responsibility or
liability for a participants ability to take part
in the competition on the phone. This
includes a failure to complete a phone call
due to loss of signal, even if the entrant gets
through to the studio initially.
• The Promoter is not responsible for any
costs associated with entering the
Competition, including making phone calls
or accessing the Website.
• In order to maintain the quality of the
Promoter’s radio programming and to
protect listeners from harm, participants
may be disqualified if they are
incomprehensible, inaudible or if it appears
to the Promoter (in its sole discretion) that
the caller is driving, intoxicated or likely to
offend listeners.
• Whilst participants are on-air, they promise
not to make any statement which (in the
Promoter’s sole and reasonable discretion)
is inappropriate or which would be likely to
bring the Promoter into disrepute.
• Other than for death or personal injury
resulting from its negligence and so far as
permitted by law, Bauer Media hereby
excludes all liability for any loss, damage,
cost and expense, whether direct or
indirect, howsoever caused in connection
with the Competition or any aspect of the
Prizes.
• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel,
amend, terminate or temporarily suspend
this Competition if it is required to do so due
to circumstances outside its reasonable
control, with no liability to any entrants or
third parties.
