The RIXO Multi-Brand Prize Draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, except employees of Pai Skincare or the participating brand (or their families or agents) or any third party directly associated with the administration of the prize draw.

By entering the prize draw, you agree to these terms & conditions.

Entries are limited to one per person. Pai Skincare reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these terms and conditions. Pai Skincare also reserves the right to end this prize draw at any time.

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Pai Skincare’s Privacy Policy.

How to Enter

Entrants must submit their information in the form on the Detox Kitchen competition page hosted on Paiskincare.com.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide up-to-date details when entering the prize draw, and Pai Skincare will not accept responsibility for incomplete or otherwise faulty entries.

The opening date for entries is 00:01 (BST) on Monday 19 July 2021. The closing date of the prize draw is 23:59 (BST) on Monday 2 August 2021.

The prizes

The winner will be drawn at random from all qualifying entrants on Tuesday 3 August 2021 and will receive:

One swimsuit or bikini set from RIXO’s new sustainable swimwear collection, for you and a friend
£150 Pai Skincare gift card for you and a friend
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

The winner will be notified by email within 7 days, and will then have 7 calendar days to respond (if no response is received in this time another winner will be drawn).

By entering this prize draw you agree to receive the prizes offered (as described above), if selected and eligible. The prizes will be shipped to the winner by Pai Skincare and the partner brand. As such, by entering this prize draw you agree to Pai Skincare sharing their contact details with the partner brand for the purpose of prize fulfilment, if selected.

Pai Skincare must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Pai Skincare will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails support@paiskincare.com or writes to Pai Skincare, 18 Colville Rd, London, W3 8BL (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within [one] month after the closing date of the prize draw. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact support@paiskincare.com. In such circumstances, Pai Skincare must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

Pai Skincare reserves the right to replace any of the prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

The decision of Pai Skincare regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Entrants which Pai Skincare identifies as spam will automatically be disqualified.

If the order is cancelled or returned within the monthly prize draw period, the entrant will be removed from the prize draw.

The Prize

1 x E-Gift Card valid on one of the Pai Skincare sites
The value of the E-Gift Card will correspond to the total order amount paid by the entrant, post-discount, post-refund, and including any shipping cost, to a maximum value of £800 or the corresponding value in local currency.
Separate terms and conditions are applicable to the E-Gift Card.
Prize is not transferable, non-negotiable, and no cash or other alternative will be offered.
The E-Gift Card will be valid for one year from the issue date.
Pai Skincare reserved the right to pause or end the Prize Draw at any time and without any notice.
The E-Gift Card will be emailed to the winner to the email address entered into the draw.
If a customer has placed several orders during the monthly time frame, and they win the prize draw, they will receive a E-Gift Card corresponding to the order with the highest value.
