Competition Terms and Conditions

To participate in this competition, entrants need to upload a video of a favourite ‘memorable imperfect moment’ during lockdown and enter their name and email address on the entry form.
The video must not contain: (i) music, unless it is an original piece composed by the entrant or (ii) content that is obscene, deliberately offensive, hateful, is intended or otherwise likely to infringe (or threaten to infringe) another person’s right to privacy or is otherwise inflammatory.
Before submitting a video all entrants must secure the consent of all individuals who appear in a video to have the video released on the Mirror Online (and any other websites owned by Reach) and have their image used by Reach Shared Services Limited in accordance with these terms and conditions.
The last date for entry to the competition shall be the 28 July 2020, 23:59 and no entries shall be accepted after this date. The winning videos will be chosen in an online poll open to readers of the Mirror online subject at all times to the final decision of the Mirror Online’s editor
The winners’ contact details and email addresses will be collected to fulfil the prize.
The entrants including the winner and those individuals who appear in a submitted video may be included in publicity material and by entering into this competition, entrants (including the winner) agree to their name, their image, the images of those appearing in the submitted video and their submitted video (the “Materials”) being used for publicity purposes. Entrants agree to grant Reach Shared Services Limited a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any Materials contained in the entry worldwide and/or to incorporate the Materials in other works in any media now developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in the Materials.
The prize may only be used to purchase products on, it is non-transferable and the winner is not entitled to a cash alternative.
Entrants must be resident in the UK and must be 18 or over.
It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details and email address they provide upon entry are valid and correct.
Each entrant may only enter this competition once.
Very and Reach employees are excluded from participation.
If a winner; (1) fails to provide and address/valid email address for delivery of the prize within one calendar month of notification of their win or fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements; (2) fails to secure the consent of individuals who appear in the video; (3) has entered the competition more than once; or (4) has used multiple email addresses to enter the competition, this may result in forfeiture of the prize and Reach reserve the right to disqualify the winner (without further liability to the winner) and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
