Thai Airways Flights Competition T&Cs
The Competition (Promotion) begins at 9 A.M. UK Time on Sunday, 24 February 2019 and ends
at 23:55 P.M. UK Time on Friday, 31 May 2019 (“Promotion Period”). The promotion consists of
a competition, as further described below.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with
Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
The ‘Promoter’ of a competition is the person legally responsible for operating it. Unless
otherwise stated, the promoter is Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, trading as
Thai Airways, 41 Albemarle Street, London W1S 4BF. This is not a promotion of the EFL or any
of its clubs, nor will the EFL or any such club be liable to entrants in relation to the operation of
this promotion.
How to enter the promotion:
The promotion is open to UK residents who are at least 18 years of age, by the date the
promotion starts. Persons involved in arranging the competition, employees of the Promoter and
their relatives are not eligible to enter the competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these
terms and conditions. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms
and conditions.

There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. Participants will have
the option to opt in or opt out of receiving further email communications from Thai Airways such
as promotions, new and special offers. Thai Airways will not pass or sell your information to any
other third parties. Subscribers can choose to unsubscribe from receiving any emails at any time
using the relevant link within the email or by contacting socialmedia@thaiairways.co.uk . For

Only one entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will render all entries void.
Prize:
The prize consists of:
 Two return (economy) flight tickets from London to Bangkok.
Conditions of prize:
 The prize must be redeemed between 05 June 2019 and 15 December 2019, but cannot
be redeemed:
o For the period 1 July – 31 August 2019 (inclusive).
o Public Holidays and long weekends
 Prize must be claimed three months before the aforementioned date.
 Maximum stay is three months from the first international sector.
 Booking can be made three months prior to travel date.
 Confirmation of flights is subject to availability at time of booking.
 Thai Airways will not be liable for any expense incurring to the prize winner(s) in case of
off-loading.
 It is the responsibility of the passenger to ensure that a valid passport and visa (if
applicable) are acquired before departure.
 Health and inoculation information is available from Travel Clinic and Local Health
Centres/GPs.
 Travel insurance is not included, and should be arranged separately if required by the
prize winner.
 This prize voucher does not include accommodation.
 This prize is non-transferable, non-reroutable, non-upgradable, non-refundable and no
cash alternative will be offered.
 Extension of validity is not permitted.
 Tickets are not valid on TG code share flights operated by partner airlines nor on THAI
Smile (WE) flights.
 Thai Airways will pay applicable Passenger Duty, applicable taxes and surcharges.
Only one prize per user can be won. Thai Airways reserves the right to withdraw or amend the
promotion as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control. Entry to the
competition confirms acceptance of these rules as final and are legally binding.
No cash alternative is available and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of
equivalent or greater value if for reasons beyond its control the prize is not available. The
Promoter’s decision on the alternative prize is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Except in case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and
so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated companies and agents exclude
responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to
the prize details beyond the Promoter’s control and for any act or default of any third party
supplier.
For the avoidance of doubt the competition winner is not permitted to sell on these tickets or
alternatively pass to a third party under any circumstances.
Selecting the winner:
One winner will be drawn at random from all entries made between 24 February 2019 and 31
May 2019.
The winner will be contacted directly via email by Thai Airways. Winner will also be announced
via the Thai Airways UK official Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts once they have
accepted the prize.
Winner draw, and communication will take place on Monday 03 June 2019.
If there is no reply from the winner within 7 days of contact, The Promoter reserves the right to
offer the prize to an alternative entrant.
