Details of the competition:
1. To enter the Competition, an entrant must visit the website www.gatwickairport.com, and complete and submit the data capture form (the “Prize Draw Form”). Entry by any persons that are employed by Gatwick Airport Limited or Norse Atlantic Airways is prohibited.
2. By submitting the Prize Draw Form participants agree to enter into the Competition and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. Online entry will open on 14/06/2022 and close at 11.59.59pm (BST) on 21/06/2022.
4. From all eligible entries received, one winner will be selected at random by Gatwick Airport Limited to win a pair of return tickets to New York (JFK) from London Gatwick (LGW) with Norse Atlantic Airways the (“Prize). No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner.
5. Gatwick Airport Limited will carry out the prize draw by 16.30.00pm (BST) on 28/06/2022. Entries submitted after the closing time on 21/06/2022 will be invalid and will not be included in the Prize Draw. Incomplete entries and entries from third party agents or bulk entries will not be eligible for the Prize Draw. Gatwick Airport Limited will not be responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason, by the closing date, whether lost, delayed, corrupted or otherwise, and whether or not due to any technical difficulties or malfunctions.
6. Gatwick Airport Limited will contact the winner via email or phone using the contact details on the winner’s Prize Draw Form by 28/06/2022.
7. In the event that the winner does not get in touch with Gatwick Airport Limited to claim the prize within 10 working days of the winner being contacted, Gatwick Airport Limited reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
8. The winner may be invited to participate in publicity including social media.
9. The winner’s name may be announced via email and on the Gatwick Facebook and Twitter pages.
10. Gatwick Airport Limited reserves the right to disqualify entries for breach of these terms and conditions.
11. No purchase necessary.
12. Gatwick Airport Limited accepts no liability for delivery dispatch of the Prize to the winner.
13. Gatwick Airport Limited, at its absolute discretion, may vary, amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without notice and you agree that no liability shall attach to Gatwick Airport Limited or Norse Atlantic Airways as a result thereof.
Eligibility:
1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the UK.
2. Entry is restricted to one entry per person. If more than one entry is submitted then only the first will be eligible for the Prize Draw.
Prize:
1. The Prize consists of one pair of economy return flight tickets from London Gatwick (LGW) to New York (JFK) with Norse Atlantic Airways.
2. Flights will be in Economy Plus and will include all Economy Plus benefits, anything additional will need to be paid for. More details on Economy Plus can be found here: https://flynorse.com/experience/cabins/economy
3. Prize needs to be redeemed by 30 October 2022, subject to availability. Blackout dates apply (full details will be provided to the winner). Date availability will be provided upon receipt of the prize.
4. Winners will be required to organise and pay for any travel, subsistence and accommodation that is not directly included in the prize.
5. The promoter will not be responsible for missed, delayed or cancelled transportation / connecting flights or accommodation.
6. The promoter will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause that is beyond their reasonable control: Such causes include, but are not limited to, power failure, ISP failure, strike or labour disputes, industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, pandemic, epidemic, governmental action or any other similar event.
7. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
8. This prize cannot be re-sold.
9. The winner is solely responsible for the winnings and its use, as well as the benefit of their winnings.
