Chelsea take on Leicester at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, May 15 and Emirates is inviting 25 fans, each with a plus one, to experience the ultimate ‘Fly Better’
moment at the largest live sporting event since the start of the pandemic.

Competition Terms and Conditions

1. This prize draw (the “Promotion”) is only open to UK residents excluding Northern Ireland, excluding employees and agents of (a) the Promoter or (b) any company connected with the production or distribution of this Promotion, as well as their relatives or members of their family or household.
2. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Proof of eligibility must be provided upon request. By entering the Promotion you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
3. The Promotion is free to enter and entrants can enter by entering their full name, email address and contact details here www.dailymail.co.uk/sport. Only one entry will be accepted per person or email address.
4. The Promotion will start at 00:01 on Friday 7th May 2021 and the closing time/date for the Promotion is 23:59 on Sunday 9th May 2021.
5. Emirates FA Cup: Ticket T&C’s:
5.1.1 Tickets shall be subject to the applicable terms and conditions which apply to the possession and use of the tickets. Tickets are non-transferable except as set out in the ticket conditions and cannot be sold, encashed or given away in any circumstances. Tickets cannot be used for commercial or promotional purposes.
5.1.2 Conditions of Entry:
(a) Wembley National Stadium Limited (“WNSL”) is committed to as far as possible ensuring the health and safety of Spectators, and to providing as safe and suitable an environment as possible during this COVID-19 pandemic.
(b) All Spectators must behave in a safe and responsible manner at all times. By attending an event at Wembley Stadium, you are agreeing to comply with this COVID-19 Spectator Code of Conduct, which can be found here. Any breach of this Code of Conduct may result in you being removed from the stadium and may result in a ban or suspension from attending future events at Wembley Stadium.
(c) A minimum age limit of 16 years for any attendee.
(d) In order to keep everyone safe, and to help protect you and your fellow Spectators, you are kindly requested to comply with the following: 
(i) All ticket holders are prohibited from bringing any bag into the stadium unless it adheres Wembley Stadium regulations. Details of Wembley’s restricted bag policy can be found here. 
(ii) Arrive at least one hour before kick-off to go through all the necessary entry procedures.
(iii) At all times and in all parts of the stadium, including toilets and concessions, please observe social distancing and avoid close contact with others not in your social bubble wherever possible. The minimum social distancing for all guests will be 0.9m.
(iv) Please ensure that you wear a face covering at all times, even when seated in the stadium bowl. If you (or a member of your group) are exempt for medical reasons from wearing a face covering, please contact the Customer Engagement Team in advance of the event, details of which can be found here, to arrange the collection of a ‘face covering exempt’ lanyard on event day. Proof of your medical exemption will have to be produced upon arrival on event day.
(e) It is impossible for WNSL to completely eliminate the risk of COVID-19. Therefore, if you are not willing to comply with this Code of Conduct or you feel uncomfortable with the risk of you attending an event at Wembley Stadium, you should not attend.
5.1.3 COVID-19 Testing Requirements
(a) For the avoidance of doubt, entry to Wembley Stadium on 15th May 2021 for the Emirates FA Cup final requires that yourself and any applicable guest must undertake a lateral flow COVID-19 test 48 hours prior to attending the event and bring proof of a negative result (SMS text message or e-mail) with you to gain entry to the stadium.
(b) The Lateral Flow Test can take place from 14:15 on Thursday 13th May onwards. It is your responsibility to organise the lateral flow test. Without exception, proof of a negative lateral flow test must be provided upon arrival to gain entry to the stadium. (c) The NEGATIVE Lateral Flow Test result will be checked on arrival by Wembley stadium stewards at our outer security perimeter via the email or text received on a spectators phone. A negative result will allow entry to the stadiums outer concourse.
(d) If you are displaying COVID-19 symptoms, or if anybody in your household is displaying COVID-19 symptoms, or if you are otherwise self-isolating (either due to a recent positive COVID-19 test or otherwise), you must not attend the event at Wembley Stadium. Please also follow all government guidance in respect of testing and self-isolation, details of which can be found here Arrive at least one hour before kick-off to go through all the necessary entry procedures.
(e) In addition to the Lateral Flow Technology (LFT) test ahead of the event, all spectators are also requested to take a pre-event PCR test at home, plus a further PCR 5 days after the event to inform research and ensure any transmission of the Covid-19 virus is properly monitored. 5.1.4 Event Research Programme (“ERP”)
(a) All attendees will be required to consent to the government’s Event Research Programme (“ERP”) Research Consent and Privacy Notice, which can be found here. Winners will be contacted by The Football Association (The “FA”) direct to gain said consent.
(b) Consent to the ERP must in all cases be given by each individual attending Wembley on match day. The FA will provide you with a link to the ERP Expression of Interest Form which must be completed by each individual attendee. ERP are unable to facilitate name changes once submitted.
(c) By submitting this Expression of Interest Form, you are consenting to The Football Association (The FA) processing your personal data for the purposes of issuing you a ticket for an event (if any). The FA’s privacy policy can be found here
(d) By submitting this Expression of Interest Form, you are consenting to The FA transferring your personal data to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport (DCMS) who will collect your data for the purposes of the Events Research Programme. 5.1.5 If entrants do not agree to the conditions of entry, Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to offer the Prize to someone else.
6. Dubai Holiday T&C’s:
6.1.1 The Dubai trip voucher is valid for 12 months starting from May 2021. That means valid until May 2022. All travel dates are subject to availability.
6.1.2 Flight tickets are valid on Emirates only and are non-extendable, non-transferable, non-re-routable, non-endorsable and non en-cashable and shall at all times be subject to availability and Emirates.
6.1.3 Travel dates are subject to availability. Blackout dates include: 01 – 31 October 2021, 04-10 December 2021, 20 December 2021 – 13 January 2022, 20 March – 17 April 2022, 29 April – 09 May 2022.
6.1.4 Conditions of Carriage and applicable ticket conditions as set out on the Emirates website.
6.1.5 The Winner and where applicable their guest must travel together on the same dates / sectors on both outward and return journeys.
6.1.6 If a Winner or where applicable the guest is unable to utilize the flights no cash alternative will be provided.
6.1.7 All travel documentation and visas must be up to date and are the responsibility of the Winner and where applicable the guest. Flight tickets do not include access to the Emirates Lounges. Skywards miles are not accruable on the flights.
6.1.8 Nothing in this Agreement requires Emirates to provide transportation to any person except in accordance with:
(a) Emirates General Conditions of Carriage for Passengers and Baggage and travel documents, including airline tickets and airway bills, issued by Emirates;
(b) Emirates Schedule of Operations in place from time to time;
(c) And the relevant immigration rules applicable to any ticket holder.
(d) Except in accordance with and subject to the limitations set out in the Warsaw Convention 1929 (as amended by the Hague Protocol 1955), the Montreal Convention 1999, and its travel documents (including but not limited to airline tickets and airway bills), Emirates accepts no liability to any person for any liabilities, losses, claims, demands, costs or expenses arising directly or indirectly from the utilisation of Tickets provided pursuant to the Promotion.
Winner
7. 25 winners will receive a pair (x2) tickets to the Emirates FA Cup final at Wembley Stadium on 15th May 2021. Winners will be selected in a random draw by an independent judge from all eligible entries, held on Sunday 9th May 2021.
8. One of those winners will also be selected in a random draw by an independent judge to be the winner of the Dubai trip.
9. All winner(s) will be notified by The Red Consultancy (Administrator of the Prize) by email within 12 hours of this date and will be given details of how to accept their prize.
10. Failure by the winner(s) to accept the prize in the manner specified within 12 hours of the Promoter’s email will make any claim invalid and the Promoter may then select another winner (again selected randomly in a draw) from all remaining eligible entries who will be contacted as above.
11. The prize is
11.1.1 Each winner will receive a pair of tickets to the Emirates FA Cup Final (50 tickets available in total)
11.1.2 One winner will also receive a trip to Dubai for two which includes:
(a) 5 nights at 5* Jumeirah Al Qasr, Dubai in an Arabian Deluxe room including Half Board based on 2 (two) persons sharing 1 (one) double room. Emirates reserve the right to amend the hotel accommodation at any time.
(b) Two return Economy Class flights with Emirates from the UK to Dubai.
12. Gifts, prizes and other promotional items are not transferable, may not be re-sold and are subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any such gift, prize or item with a gift, prize or item of equal value.
13. The surname and county of the prize winner will be available after the closing date by submitting a written request to the Promoter.
14. Entrants agree to provide reasonable cooperation to allow the Promoter to use the name and/or likeness of the winner for advertising and publicity purposes in connection with this Promotion including but not limited to publication of the winner’s name and photograph on the Promoter’s websites.
15. In addition, if you have submitted an entry and in consideration of the Promoter granting a right to enter the Promotion, entrants agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to any materials contained in the entry (including but not limited to text, images or video materials) (the “Materials”) worldwide and/or to incorporate the Materials in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in the Materials. By submitting Materials to the competition, an entrant:
a. warrants that the Materials are its own original work and that it has the right to make them available for all the purposes specified above; that it does not infringe any law; that it is not obscene or libellous; and that it does not violate the rights of any third party;
b. agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred as a result of a breach of the above warranty;
c. agrees to waive any moral rights in the Materials for the purposes of its submission to, and publication by, the Promoter and the purposes specified above.

16. Any personal information provided to us during the entry process (including but not limited to your name, e-mail address, telephone number and date of birth) must be correct. We accept no responsibility for any incorrect personal information provided to us.

18. If Associated Newspapers Limited are not the Promoter, we will only share your personal information with the Promoter where you are a/the winner of the Promotion or where you have opted in to receive direct marketing from the Promoter (if relevant). The Promoter will hold your personal information as a separate controller in accordance with its privacy policy (available here: https://www.emirates.com/uk/english/information/privacy-policy/) and shall implement and maintain appropriate technical and organisational security measures in compliance with the GDPR and any other applicable law.
General
19. The determination and decision of the Promoter on all matters shall be final and no promotional correspondence or discussion will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right in its reasonable discretion: (a) to disqualify any claimant, competitor or nominee whose conduct is contrary to the spirit of the rules or the intention of the promotion and to declare as void any or all of their claims or entries based on such conduct; (b) to declare as void any claims or entries resulting from any printing, production and/or distribution errors (including but not limited to any error(s) on any website of the Promoter, any game cards and/or other printed materials) or where there has been error(s) in any aspect of the preparation for or conduct of the promotion materially affecting the result of the promotion or the number of claimants or the value of claims; (c) to add to or to waive any rules on reasonable notice; and/or (d) to cancel the promotion or any part of it at any stage in the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
20. No entries will be accepted in bulk, from agents or third parties.
21. To the fullest extent permitted by law (and subject to paragraph 16 below), the Promoter hereby excludes all warranties, representations, covenants and liabilities (whether express or implied) relating to this Promotion and/or the prize.
22. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall exclude the Promoter’s liability for: (i) death or personal injury as a result of its negligence; (ii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iii) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
23. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion should virus, bugs, tampering, fraud or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter corrupt or hinder the administration, security or proper play of the Promotion.
24. If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
25. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
