We could all do with a little extra festive cheer this year. And the good news is, The National Lottery is helping to keep your Christmas traditions alive by supporting pantos across the UK, including Pantoland at the Palladium at the London Palladium.

(Oh, yes it is!)

Plus, as a thank you for helping The National Lottery raise £30 million each week for good causes, you could win tickets for your family to see your local panto – and £1,000!

Competition Terms and Conditions

1.    The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘The National Lottery Pantomime Ticket radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run from 12th December 2020 to 23rd December 2020 on Heart London (the “Radio Station”).
2.    Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
3.    To enter the Competition an Entrant must have a valid heart.co.uk account (at the point of registration Entrants will be prompted to log in or create an account). Online entry will open at 00:01 on 12th December 2020 and close at midday on 23rd December 2020.
4.    In order to enter the Competition Entrants will be required to answer a question based on the contents of the online page.
5.    From all correct answers one winner will be selected at random to win the top prize and brought to air in the Drive show on 24th December 2020. The winner will be contacted between 2pm and 6pm on December 24th on the phone number supplied at the point of entry.
6.    The winner will be required to talk to the presenter(s) and the conversation may be recorded and played on-air. If the winner fails to answer a return call from Global, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, cannot continue the call for any reason or the phone line is not of a suitable quality for broadcast (at the discretion of the producer) the call may be terminated and another Entrant will be selected at random
7.    14 further winners will also be randomly selected from all correct answers for the runner-up prizes and contacted via telephone by a member of the Heart Programming team on the 23rd December 2020 using the Entrants’ details supplied at the point of entry.

Eligibility:
8.    Entrants must be aged 18 years or over
9.    Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:
10.    Top prize – One winner will win 4 x tickets to Pantoland at London Palladium and £1,000 spending money.
11.    Runner up prizes – 14 runner-up winners will win 4 x tickets to Pantoland at London Palladium.
12.    Winners will be given a selection of dates to choose from. Dates will be subject to the availability. The last performance of Pantoland at the London Palladium is Sunday 10th January.
13.    In the event that the pantomime is cancelled due to COVID-19 restrictions the winner’s will be able to use their tickets during the theatre’s next scheduled Pantomime season, 2021.
14.    The £1,000 prize will be issued in the form of a cheque payable to the winner to the address they give at point of entry, within 28 working days of being notified of their win.
15.    The prizes will be non-negotiable and non-transferable. No alternatives (including cash alternatives)  will be offered.
16.    Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
Miscellaneous
16. The Competition is run by Global and not by Camelot UK Lotteries Limited of Tolpits Lane, Watford, Hertfordshire, WD18 9RN (“Camelot”).
17. Employees (and their families) of Global and Camelot and their respective affiliates are not eligible to enter the competition.
18. By entering the Competition, Entrants acknowledge that they are providing information to the Global and not to Camelot. Accordingly, Entrants hereby release Camelot and its affiliates from any liability in relation the Competition.
19. Entries not complying with these Specific Rules and Competition Terms and Conditions will not be valid.

20. All personal data provided to Global during entry or otherwise in relation to the Competition, will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 20188 (the “DPA”). Global’s Privacy Policy can be viewed at https://global.com/privacy-policy/.

21. Global reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Competition (including changing these Specific Rules) if, in its sole discretion, the Competition is not capable of being conducted as specified. Entrants will be notified of these changes via email.

22. In the event of any inconsistency between these Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions, these Specific Rules prevail.
