The prize is a night for 2 people Chateau de la Motte Husson, of Channel 4’s Escape to the Chateau, staying in the gorgeous Honeymoon Suite, with dinner hosted and cooked by Dick and Angel!

Please submit your stories to competitions@thechateau.tv and make sure to add: My Wellbeing Entry to the subject line, along with your full name. Photos are welcome but not compulsory to show what you’ve been doing.

All submissions will need to be received by the 28th August 2020.

The shortlist will be announced on the 4th September 2020.

Voting on the shortlist on  www.thechateau.tv will be open until midnight of 25th September 2020.

The winner will be announced on the 2nd October 2020.
