Competition Terms and Conditions

The competition is open to anyone aged 16 or over whose ordinary place of residence is within the United Kingdom, other than employees of Orvis Inc, their families or their agencies, subsidiaries, wholesalers, affiliates, suppliers and /or distributors. Only one entry is permitted per person.

To be entered in the competition, the applicant must enter via the website by entering their details in the form.
Applications must be entered by 11:59pm BST Sunday 5th July 2020.
One winner will be chosen at random from a list of all entries on Monday 29th June 2020.
The competition is open to the public and not restricted to existing Orvis customers or applicants who have already registered their email with Orvis.

The prize details are as follows: A two-night Doggy Getaway Package in one of the brand-new Victorian Garden Potting Shed Suites at The Eastbury Hotel & Spa
Prizes / stock are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right (a) substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into. The prize(s) are strictly non-transferable. The prize is not redeemable for cash or exchange. Refusal to accept the prize releases the Promoter from any obligation toward the winner. The Prizes will be delivered to winner’s home addresses at no cost to the winner. The Promoter does not take any responsibility for parcels which are lost or stolen.
Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw. Incomplete entries and entries from third party or bulk entries will not be eligible for the prize draw.
Orvis accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the prize draw or as a result of accepting the prize. Orvis is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, failure of any email or entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, telephone lines or at any website, any combination thereof or otherwise, or for any injury or damage to the entrant’s or any other person’s computer or mobile telephone related to or resulting from participation in the prize draw. Nothing shall exclude Orvis’ liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Promotion Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Prize Draw.
In the event of a dispute concerning who registered online to participate in the Prize Draw, the registration will be declared to have been made by the authorised account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. A potential winner may be requested to provide Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the Facebook account. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the entry will be deemed ineligible.

The winner will be notified via the email provided. We reserve the right to pick alternative winners if the original winners refuse their prize or do not contact us to confirm their details and acceptance of the prize within 14 working days of being told they have won.
