Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalxtra.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Power Book II: Ghost Part 2’ radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run from Friday 11th December 2020 to Sunday 20th December 2020 on Capital XTRA (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalxtra.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01am on Friday 11th December 2020 and close at 23:59pm on Sunday 20th December 2020.

4. To enter, the entrants will answer a Q&A.

5. From all correct answers, a winner will be selected at random.

6. The winner will be contacted by a member of the Capital XTRA team to confirm their details to fulfil the prize.

8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Additional Prize Terms and Conditions:

10. NDL will fulfil the prize above. Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase for the winner, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or grater value. Specifactions are subject to change fro, the manufacturer without notice.

11. Just Eat e-Gift cards can only be used to place a takeway order on the Just Eat UK website. The gift card cannot be used at other Just Eat sites around the world, or directly at Just Eat websites. e-Gift cards will expire 12 months after the date the e-Gift card was purchased. You will be unable to use any e-Gift Card not redeemed before this expiry date.

12. STARZPLAY subscription will be provided in the from of £60.00 cash to be redeemed against a 12 month subscritption. Funds will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days.

13. All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries. Delivery before Christmas cannot be guaranteed.

14. The Winner will be contacted by a representative of Global to confirm their contact details to send the winners details on to NDL to fulfil the prize.

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
