FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS:
ELIGIBILITY: This competition is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom, who are eighteen [18] years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors (including immediate family members [spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside] and members of the same household, whether or not related) of PhD Nutrition Ltd (“Sponsor”) and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, advertising and promotion agencies, are not eligible to participate or win the Prize (defined below).

ENTRY PERIOD: Prize draw starts on 11:00am BST on Tuesday, 19th May 2020 and closes at 23:59pm on Friday 31st July 2020. You may only enter the competition for an initial entry via the online entry form here: https://campaigns.mapp.com/uk/phd/campaign No other methods of entry will be accepted.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Entry Period, entrants must have gone to the online entry form. By successfully transmitting a completed online entry form as directed, you will receive one (1) entry into the competition. Online entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the online entry form to be eligible. Incomplete and/or inaccurate entries are void. All entries must include a valid email address for the entrant. By ticking the opt in box for marketing communication you consent to receive marketing communication and personalised offers from PhD Nutrition Ltd which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

ENTRY LIMIT: There is a limit of one (1) entry per person, per email. Any attempt by you to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different email/physical addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void your entries and you will be disqualified.

RANDOM DRAWING: The potential winner & 5 runners up of the competition will be selected by random drawing within 28 working days of the entry period closing, from among all eligible entries received.

PRIZES: The prize will be awarded to the winner. The prize will include: (i) Apple watch series 5 (ii) A year’s supply of PhD nutrition (defined as £500 voucher to spend on www.phd.com) (collectively, the “Prize”). Five (5) runners up will receive a Bundle: (i) Bestsellers Bundle: https://www.phd.com/shop/bestsellers-bundle – delivered to a UK address for free.

PRIZE CONDITIONS: All Prize details shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. No transfer, substitution or cash equivalent for the Prize is allowed. The Prize is non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemption except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. No returns policy is applicable to the Prize once sent to the Winner.

The prizes must be claimed within seven (7) days of our notification of winning unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to award prizes unclaimed after this period to an alternative Prize winner or not to award them at all and we shall have no liability in respect of the entry initially selected.

PUBLICITY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION: Should an entrant be required to submit a third party’s personal information as a part of entry into or participation in any Competition, each entrant must ensure that any other person whose details have been provided by the entrant to us has given or will give their consent for their details to be provided to us and to be contacted by us in relation to the relevant Competitions. It is a condition of your entry to our Competitions that we have the right to publicise to the public the names and Counties of entrants to our Competitions and otherwise to process your personal information for the running of the Competitions and matters incidental to the Competition.

Entrants also acknowledge that publicity materials featuring them may be provided to our third party prize providers for the purposes of promoting their association with the Competition and awarding the relevant Prize.

No fees shall be payable to any entrant in relation to their entry in any Competition or any publicity relating to the Competition.

NOTIFICATION: The potential Winner will be notified at the email address (in the sole discretion of Sponsor) provided at the time of entry (the “Prize Notification “). In the event that the potential winner does not respond to any such Prize Notification within twenty-eight (28) days of the date of issuance or declines the Prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the Prize will be forfeited, and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries. By entering this competition, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by email if they are the chosen winner.

TERMINATION OF COMPETITION: We may vary the terms of, or terminate, a Competition at any time at its absolute discretion without liability to any contestant or other person. We will not award the prize if the Competition is terminated.

DECISIONS FINAL: All our decisions relating to the Competition and/or redemption of the Prize are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered into. Tiebreakers, disputes, conflicts, questions or concerns will be managed by us and, if required by law, by an independent adjudicator.

FAILURE TO ENFORCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: A failure by us to enforce any one of the terms and conditions in any instance(s) will not give rise to any claim or right of action by any entrant or the Prize Winner, nor shall it be deemed to be a waiver of any of our rights in relation to the same.

WAIVER OF LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE: By participating in the competition and submitting an entry, each entrant agrees to (a) be bound by these Official Rules, including all entry requirements, and (b) waive, release and hold harmless Sponsor and each of their respective parents, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, distributors, dealers, retailers, printers, representatives and advertising and promotion agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, “Released Parties”) for any and all claims arising out of any injury, damage or loss that may occur, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from the participation in the competition or from the receipt or use of the Prize (or any portion thereof) or any travel or activity related to the receipt or use of the Prize (or any portion thereof), including without limitation, any personal injury, death or damage to persons or property. 20. LAWS: These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales.
