Competition Terms and Conditions

• The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions) apply to Compare the Market radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run from Monday 25th May 2020 – Friday 29th May 2020 on Heart Network & Heart 90s (the “Radio Station”).
• Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
• To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online www.heart.co.uk take the quiz and enter their details. You don’t need to answer all questions correctly to be able to enter the competition.
• Online entry will open at 00:01am on Monday 25th May and close at 23:59pm on Friday 29th May 2020
• When the online entry has closed, 1 x winner will be randomly selected from all correct, eligible entries received from Heart Network and Heart 90s and will be contacted with 30 days of winning

Eligibility:
• Entrants must be 18 years or older.
• Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

I x Sony 55 Inch Smart 4K HDR LED TV. Features include:
o LED TV Screen
o 4K Ultra HD display resolution
1 x Sony Sound Bar with Bluetooth
1 x Carpet picnic hamper. Features include:
o Selection of savoury & sweet picnic foods
o Bottle of Prosecco or soft drinks

Prize Terms and Conditions:

1. Should these products be unavailable at the time of purchase, NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change.
2. Winner must be over the age of 18 to receive the hamper including Prosecco otherwise a selection of soft drinks will be included.
3. All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries.

Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
