Competition Terms and Conditions

1 The Promoter (as defined at paragraph 2 below) is holding a prize draw whereby participants are offered the chance to win one of fifteen bespoke hampers containing the items as set out here (the “Prize Draw”).
2 The Promoter of the Prize Draw is The All England Lawn Tennis Club (Championships) Limited of The All England Lawn Tennis Club, Church Road Wimbledon London SW19 5AE.

3 The Prize Draw is open to all myWIMBLEDON members who are 18 years of age and over and are UK residents only (excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw) (“Entrant(s)”) who have submitted, in the form and manner set out in paragraph 6 below, their entry (the “Entry”) between 09:00 on 14 June 2021 and 17:00 on 5 July 2021 (the “Qualifying Period”).

4 Any Entrants who are residents of Scotland shall not be eligible to receive the Sipsmith Proud Partner London Dry Gin bottle, the Sipsmith Strawberry Smash Gin or the Sipsmith RTD cans, but shall be eligible to receive any of the other items as part of the prize.

5 The Promoter reserves the right to request photographic evidence of proof of age to ensure the eligibility of the winners.

6 To enter the Prize Draw:
a) An individual will see the promotion of the Prize Draw on social media and follow a link to a page, from which the Entrant must sign up (unless they are already signed up)to myWIMBLEDON;
b) The Entrant must then confirm that they are aged 18 years or over before submitting their Entry into a pool of Entrants; and
c) From the pool of Entrants, five winners will be selected at random each week.

7 There is a limit of one Entry per person during the Qualifying Period.

8 The Prize Draw is free to enter and no purchase is necessary to submit an Entry.

9 The Prize Draw will only be open for the Qualifying Period. Entries received outside the Qualifying Period will not be considered.

10 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.

11 By submitting an Entry to the Prize Draw, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, to refuse entry to the Prize Draw, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

12 Five Winners each week for the duration of the Qualifying Period shall be picked at random by the Promoter in accordance with paragraph 5 above.

13 The Promoter reserves the right, exercisable in its sole discretion, for any reason and at any time, to provide only part (or replace any part) of the prizes.

14 The winner(s) will be notified by email or telephone (using myWIMBLEDON profile contact details) before 5 July 2021

15 If the winner(s) do not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then they will forfeit their prize and the Promoter will be entitled to select another Entrant as a winner.

16 The prize may not be collected by a third party on your behalf.

17 All prizes offered by the Promoter are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
18 The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw, including but not limited to the allocation of the prizes, is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

19 The initials and region of the Winner(s) can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to 2021 Wimbledon At Home Hamper, PO Box 98, London, SW19 5AE within 30 days after the date of the closing date of the Prize Draw.

20 The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

21 Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winners or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

22 The winner(s) may be required to participate in publicity related to the Prize Draw, including but not limited to the publication of their name and photograph in any form of media. By participating in the Prize Draw, you agree to all such publicity and use of their name and image by the Promoter.

23 The Promoter shall collect and process personal data gathered during the provision of the Prize Draw in accordance with the myWIMBLEDON terms and conditions which can be found here.

24 The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
