Competition Terms and Conditions

This competition runs from 21st July 2020 and closes at midday on 21st August 2020. All entries received after this time are disqualified. The winner will be chosen at random by Seasalt and will be contacted within 72 hours via the email address they have provided. The winner must confirm acceptance within 72 hours, should they not accept in time a new winner will be selected at random.

This competition is open to UK and Northern Ireland entrants only. The prizes are as stated on the competition webpage and are subject to availability.

The Wanderlust Break for two people at Bedruthan Hotel: a two-night stay at Bedruthan Hotel with breakfast each day, unlimited time in the Bedruthan spa, a one-hour Sensory Spa Garden experience at Bedruthan, dinner in the Herring restaurant, time in Scarlet’s cliff top hot tub with a glass of fizz, a Scarlet spa session and a three-course dinner at the Scarlet restaurant. The two-night stay is valid for 18 months from the announcement date. Competition prize is always subject to availability. The prize excludes school holidays: our reservations team can advise you of these dates. Travel costs are not included in the prize, the winners will need to make their own arrangements. Anything not detailed in these terms is chargeable. Prize winners are bound by Bedruthan’s full terms and conditions as indicated on Bedruthan’s website.
1 to 1 herbal wellbeing consultation with Pukka’s Head of Herbal Education Jo Webber will be arranged via email with a Pukka Herbs employee. The specific date & time for the consultation will be agreed at a mutually convenient time for both the prize winner & the herbal specialist within 6 months of claiming the prize via a free of charge video conference tool, like Zoom or another mutually agreed alternative or telephone consultation if a video consultation is not possible. If necessary Pukka herbs may need to offer a consultation with an alternative member of the Pukka herbal team. The consultation will offer general wellbeing advice based on the Ayurvedic tradition. It is not a medical consultation offering specific medical advice. If the winner has any specific health conditions, it may be advisable to check with your GP following the consultation.
Pukka hamper including books and tea. Exact contents of the hamper will be at Pukka’s discretion.
£150 gift card to spend at Seasalt: The gift card will be emailed to the email address you have provided and will be valid for two years from the date of issue. Gift cards can be spent online or in any of our stores (excluding stores in the Republic of Ireland).
Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable. No cash or credit alternatives are available. If, due to circumstances beyond their control, Seasalt, Bedruthan hotel and Pukka are unable to provide the stated prize(s), they reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. Seasalt’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Seasalt reserves the right to cancel or suspend the competition where necessary. Your statutory rights are not affected.

By entering the competition, you confirm have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions. There is no entry fee and no purchase required. The competition is open to people ages 18 or over, except employees of Seasalt or anyone professionally associated with this promotion, or their immediate family members. Only one entry per person.

Winners agree to the use of their name for promotional purposes. Seasalt must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation Seasalt will disclose the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who emails contactus@seasaltcornwall.co.uk within one month after the closing date of the competition.

If you object to any or all of your surname and county please contact Seasalt. In such circumstances, Seasalt must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

This competition is governed by English law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
