THE LEMON DROP TERMS
This Promotion is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 or over excluding employees of Azzurri Restaurants and their families and anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.

1) Promotion Period: 11:01 on [12/03/2019] 2019 until 23.59 on [11/06/2019] 2019.

2) The ASK Italian Lemon Drop is a virtual scratch card game played online. Internet access is required to play. If playing in restaurant, ASK Italian Free Wi-Fi is available.

3) Maximum one ‘play’ per person, per day, but players can earn additional ‘plays’ by doing things such as following ASK Italian on Facebook and Instagram.

4) To enter the Lemon Drop game: Access the ASK Italian Lemon Drop game during the Promotion Period by following the links available in ASK Italian restaurants or on ASK Italian’s social media channels. Set up a game account and submit your personal details as specified. You will then be able to play the ASK Italian Lemon Drop game. No purchase is necessary to enter.

5) ASK Italian Instant Prizes: All ASK Italian Instant Prizes must be fully redeemed by 07/07/2019 and may only be redeemed in a participating ASK Italian (all UK ASK Italian Restaurants).

6) There will be a minimum of 1,000 ASK Italian Instant Prizes available per week.

7) Prize Draw Entry: Every time you play a Lemon Drop game, you will automatically be entered into the Weekend in the Amalfi Coast Prize Draw. The score from each play will be entered onto the leaderboard. – Multiple plays will be added together to equal players total. At the end of the promotional period, the top 10 on the leaderboard will be awarded prize draw entries as follows:

– Position 1 – 100 extra entries
– Position 2 – 50 extra entries
– Position 3 – 40 extra entries
– Position 4 – 35 extra entries
– Position 5 – 30 extra entries
– Position 6 – 25 extra entries
– Position 7 – 20 extra entries
– Position 8 – 15 extra entries
– Position 9 – 10 extra entries
– Position 10 – 5 extra entries

At the end of the Promotion Period all valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be submitted into a prize draw for the relevant Prize Draw to be carried out by an independent person within ten working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

8) Main Prize Draw T&Cs:
– The prize is subject to availability.
– Holiday is for two people for 3 nights stay in the Amalfi Coast
– The prize is to be taken between September 2nd – October 31st
– The prize includes standard accommodation (two sharing a standard twin or double room) on a half board basis at Hotel Marmorata and a lemon grove tour.
– All beverages, additional food and other personal expenses are the responsibility of the prize winner and must be paid for by the prize winner.
– The prize includes return economy flights and transfers. Departures are from a choice of UK airports (subject to availability).
– UK transfers are the responsibility of the prize winner.
– Both passengers must take their outward and inward journeys together.
– Both passengers must have valid passports, visas and holiday insurance that covers the activities and, where necessary, vaccinations and inoculations. Passengers will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred, including resort tax, as a result of this prize / offer.
– There is no cash alternative; the prize is non-transferable and non-refundable.
– Full details of how to book will be shared with the winner once contacted.
– ASK Italian and Stabiano Limoncello reserves the right to publish the winner’s name and/or photograph. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
– If the prize is not claimed within 30 days of the prize winner being notified, it will be withdrawn and an alternative winner will be selected.
– The prize provider reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this competition should causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the prize draw.
– The prize is strictly non-transferable and non-refundable, and no exchanges will be given. Prize cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount. The Prize is redeemable only by the named winner and must not be sold onto any other party.

9) Prize Draw Prize Winner Selection: At the end of the Promotion Period all valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be submitted into a prize draw for the relevant Prize Draw Prize to be carried out by an independent person within ten working days of the end of the Promotion Period.

10) Prize Draw Prize Winner Notification: The winners of each of the prize draws will be contacted within 10 working days of the winner selection date. Each winner will need to respond to the initial communication, addressed to the email address as supplied when registering for the Lemon Drop, within 30 days of initial communication from the Promoter confirming eligibility otherwise that winner may be disqualified, and the prize awarded to an alternate winner selected in the same way.

11) All ASK Italian Instant Prizes will be supplied in the form of a unique code which can be accessed within the “My Vouchers” section in the ASK Italian Lemon Drop game & will be followed up by email to your registered email address. 12) All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize (as applicable) of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

13) ASK Italian Instant Prize Allocation: The Promoter has made all the ASK Italian Instant Prizes available to be won using an algorithm which is based on an estimated volume of entries. There are two different games with different algorithms governing each. When you play the Lemon Drop via askitalian.co.uk/lemondrop or askitalian.co.uk/game, you will play one game with one algorithm.

14) ASK Italian Instant Prize Notification: Winners will be advised that they have won and what they have won, by an on-screen message at the time of the win and winners’ My Vouchers section will be updated to reflect the prize. Winners will also receive an email notification with details of the voucher code.

15) ASK Italian Prize Draw Notification: Entrants will be advised that they have automatically been entered upon landing on the correct section of the ASK Italian Lemon Drop [Box], by an on-screen message at the time. The entrant’s Prize Draw Wallet will be updated to reflect the entry.

16) Incomplete, incorrect, illegal, misdirected or late entries, or entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided.

17) Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, bulk entries, entries by or via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to submit entries), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means to generate additional entries in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the promotion, that person’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.

18) Winners agree to take part in publicity regarding this promotion. If winners do not want their name to be published (except that no-one may opt out of publication of their name in accordance with industry compliance requirements) they should inform the Promoter when accepting their prize.

19) Data Privacy: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for Staibano Limoncello to make contact & arrange prize and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. 20) The Promoter shall take appropriate technical and organisational measures against the unauthorised or unlawful processing of personal data and against accidental loss or destruction of, or damage to, personal data.

21) The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

22) Liability: The Promoter cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any entrant entering the promotion or as a result of accepting any Prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. The Promoter is not liable for any defects in the prize, any concerns with the prize should be directed towards the manufacturer of the prize.

23) If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including as a result of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion and subject to any written directions given under applicable law:

a. Cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or
b. Invalidate any affected entries; or
c. Disqualify any individual concerned.

24) If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

25) The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

26) Entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

27) Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the rules will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

Here’s a few things you need to know: The great news is that you can redeem this prize any day between 12th March and 7th July 2019. If you’re in one of our restaurants now you can claim straight away. The prize entitles you to 1 starter per person for up to 6 people when each of you purchase a main course, but can’t be used on shared starters, takeaway or our kid’s menus. Only one prize can be used per party per visit and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer including set menus and Tesco vouchers. All codes are checked against a live database and can only be used once. Don’t forget to present this voucher to our team member when ordering or if you win after ordering when you ask for the bill.
