Competition Terms and Conditions

WHISTLES WEDNESDAY CEREAL COMPETITION
This prize will be provided in partnership with Cereal.

1. No purchase necessary to enter the competition.

2. This competition is open to UK and international residents, aged 16 years or over. Employees of Whistles, its parent company TFG and the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employees, are not eligible to participate in the competition.

3. This competition will commence at 00:00 BST on Wednesday 3rd July and closes on 23:59 BST on Monday 5th August. All entries must be received by this closing date. Whistles accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach Whistles by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.

4. Entrants may only submit one prize entry. Additional submissions from from the same entrant will be discarded.

5. To enter, entrants must submit their name and e-mail address via https://www.whistles.com/content-hub/competition.html.

6. The winner will be selected at random as of 23:59 BST Monday 12th August and only entries which comply with the terms and conditions will be counted.

7. The winner shall receive a total value of £500 in a store appointment in any Whistles store. The prize may not be redeemed against Whistles Wedding, other exclusive collaborations that Whistles decide to run, coats with a value over £500 and all sale items.

The winner will also receive a x2 night stay for two people at the Grands Boulevards hotel in Paris (dates to be approved and confirmed with the hotel- certain weekends excluded). The stay also includes return travel for 2 on the eurostar (up to a maximum of £1000). Prize does not include any further food and beverage or in-room larder spend. The winner will also receive a 1 year subscription to Cereal magazine and a set of 3 Cereal City Guides- London, New York and Paris.

8. Whistles’ decision regarding the winner is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

9. The prizes are non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.

10. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Whistles reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.

11. The winner will be notified via e-mail by the 12th August 2019. The winner must claim their prize within 3 days of Whistles sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Whistles reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.

12. Whistles will use any data submitted by entrants only for the purposes of running this competition. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by Whistles for the purposes of the administration of this competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.

13. These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

14. By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
