Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering this promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by the following terms
and conditions:
1. This promotion is open to all UK residents aged over 18 years (England, Scotland and Wales
and Northern Ireland), including Isle of Man. Excludes residents from the Republic of Ireland and
employees of Currys Group Limited and their families, agents (including affiliates), suppliers and
anyone connected to this promotion with only one entry per person.
2. To enter this promotion, you must complete the entry form with your details (Forename, Last
name, postal address and email address) and then click “submit”.
3. All entries received between 12:01am on 05/06/2022 and 11:59pm on 17/06/2022 will be
entered into the prize draw.
4. The entry must be submitted personally by the entrant. Entries by 3rd parties, collective
entries or multiple entries will be disqualified.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost or incomplete entries.
6. The Prize Package
The prize package is provided by HARMAN Consumer Nederland B.V. (hereinafter to be referred
to as “HARMAN”), with its registered office at Danzigerkade 16 G, 1013 AP, Amsterdam in
the Netherlands. The prize package is a VIP package for two persons, to attend the
Tomorrowland festival taking place in Boom, Belgium during one of the following weekends: 22-
24 July 2022, or 29-31 July 2022**.
The VIP package consists of the following:
• Two Full Madness Pass’ to Tomorrowland festival.
• Accommodation in Dreamlodge, Relax Room or Cabana for two (2) persons;
• Access to Tomorrowland – Friday, Saturday & Sunday during one of the Weekends.
• Access to DreamVille – Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday during one of
the Weekends.
• Access to DreamVille The Gathering Opening Party – Thursday (21st July 2022 or
28th July 2022).
• Access to Sanitary Facilities.
• Note – flights/travel is not included. The winner will be responsible for making their
own way to the festival.
(**) Winners will be notified which weekend they have won tickets to. This weekend cannot be
changed to the other weekend.
7. Prize restrictions
• No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of any Prizes is permitted, provided
however that HARMAN reserves the right to substitute a Prize with another Prize of
equal or greater value should the advertised Prize become unavailable for any reason.
The Prize is person-related and therefore non-transferrable and also not convertible for
money or another type of compensation, unless the HARMON independently decides
thereto.
• All expenses and travel costs not expressly stated above are the responsibility of each
individual Winner and guest. Delivery of Prize and travel arrangements will be made
after HARMAN verifies that the Winner has met all eligibility requirements. Winners and
guests are responsible for obtaining any insurance, if required or desired, and all
necessary documentation for travel as well as covering all associated costs.
• HARMAN shall not replace the Prize, the notification or its contents in which the Prize is
awarded if it is lost after dispatch or destroyed.
• All Winners and guests must abide by the terms, conditions, policies of Tomorrowland
venue, and any other third-party service provided as part of the Prize. Sponsor and any
of such third-party vendors who provide the services as part of the Prize reserve the
right to remove or to deny entry to any event or form of transportation as part of the
Prize to Winner and/or guest who engage(s) in a disruptive manner, or with intent to
annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at any event/location that Sponsor
provides Winner/guest access to as part of the Prize.
• During the entire Promotion Period, participants must have a valid identification (i.e.
passport), and, immediately on request, make a copy thereof available to the Sponsor or
its affiliate, and be available for identification thereafter.
8. Exoneration
• HARMAN, the enterprises affiliated with it, the agents whose services have been
engaged by HARMAN or third parties cannot be held liable for any actions ensuing from
this Promotion and the damage and/or loss ensuing therefrom to the extent such
exclusion is permitted by law.
• To the extent any liability of HARMAN, or its affiliates, exists, this liability shall never
relate to any damage and/or loss other than direct damage and/or loss. HARMAN and its
affiliates shall have no liability whatsoever with respect to indirect, special, incidental,
consequential damage and/or loss, which are hereby expressly excluded.
• HARMAN and its affiliates are not liable for non-entries, damaged, incomplete, late or
incorrectly addressed entries due to transfer errors or technical failures of any nature
whatsoever, including the faulty functioning of a network, hardware, software, etc.
• In addition, HARMAN and its affiliates shall accept no liability if a Prize is not received at
all or later than planned.
• HARMAN, its affiliates, or the systems administrator of HARMAN and/or of its affiliates is
not liable for its systems being violated (hacking) as a result of which specific
information of or concerning the participants becomes known to third parties.
• HARMAN and its affiliates are neither responsible nor liable for defects in the Prizes
issued by HARMAN or its affiliates. HARMAN and its affiliates give no guarantee for the
Prize to be issued by HARMAN or its affiliates to the extent such exclusion is permitted
by law.
9. One winner will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries received. The
promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. The draw will take place on 20/06/2022 and the winner will be sent a ‘notification email’
within 2 days of the draw to the email address supplied. The winners are required to reply by
email, and provide details, within 3 days of the date on which the notification email was sent.
11. If for any reason the winner does not reply to the notification email within 3 days, the
winner will forfeit their prize and one redraw will be undertaken.
12. The winner may also be sent a declaration of eligibility / liability / publicity release
(“Release”). Unless restricted by law, Winners will be required to complete and return the
Release within five (5) days from the date of notification. An alternate Winner may be randomly
selected from among the remaining eligible entries if a Winner: (i) cannot be reached; (ii) fails,
where required, to obtain all signatures on the Release and to return the documents in a timely
manner as required pursuant to these Terms and Conditions; or (iii) cannot accept or receive the
prize for any reason. Winners will receive additional Prize arrangement details once eligibility is
determined. In the event of a dispute about the identity of a Winner, each entry will be declared
made by the authorized account holder of the email account submitted at time of entry.
13. The decision of the Promoter is final, and binding and no correspondence will be entered
regarding the outcome of this promotion.
14. Upon request, the surname and country of the winner will be available by sending an SAE to
the Promoter at the address below. Such requests should not be sent until 28 days after the
draw.
16. Consent: Except when such is prohibited by law, participation in the Promotion entails
participants granting express and unconditional consent to the publication of their names and
photos, photograph, biographical information and/or other visual likeness or other elements as
provided to HARMAN as part of the registration to this Promotion, in any and all media or
formats known or later developed without any further compensation, permission or notification
for any purpose, including without limitation, commercial, advertising and promotional
purposes in connection with HARMAN’s website social media accounts and for the purposes of
this Promotion.
To the extent relevant and provided by participant to HARMAN in connection with participant’s
registration and participation to this Promotion, participants guarantee HARMAN that they are
the entitled parties to the visual and/or text material supplied by them and that they have
received from all the persons visible in the visual material and/or referred to in the text material
supplied by them the required consent for the publication and reproduction of the picture(s)
and text(s). The participant in question shall, if requested, unconditionally supply HARMAN free
of charge with evidence thereof immediately upon request. Further, participants guarantee
HARMAN and its affiliated parties that (i) by publishing and reproducing the supplied visual or
text material, no rights of third parties are infringed upon and (ii) indemnify HARMAN and all its
affiliated enterprises and third parties whose services have been engaged HARMAN for claim
purposes in that respect.
In addition, participants guarantee that they possess all rights and consents required by law that
make it possible for HARMAN and/or its affiliated parties to publish or reproduce the visual
and/or text material as supplied by the participants, whether or not for commercial purposes
and in all possible manners, to which the participants expressly grant consent in the broadest
sense of the word. The supplied visual and/or text material may not be of an offensive, obscene,
vulgar, racist, sexist and/or pornographic nature. If HARMAN believes that material violates
good taste and morals, HARMAN can then proceed with the removal in whole or in part and/or
the exclusion of participants from further participation.
17. The Promoter will at all times comply with data protection legislation when collecting and
processing data. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration
of the Promotion, Participant’s personal details will not be used for any other purpose
whatsoever, unless the Promoter has your consent. Your personal details will at all times be
kept confidential. Currys Group Limited takes your privacy and security of your personal

Please note that Winners’ address and contact details (as provided by the winner) will be shared
with HARMAN, to arrange for the redemption of the Prize holiday (including for the booking of
accommodation) and for the purposes of fulfilling the Prize for this Promotion only. HARMAN
will be the data controller for any other information provided by the winner to HARMAN. The
Promoter will not be involved in any communication that is strictly between the winning
Participant and HARMAN, for the purposes of arranging details of Prize redemption.
HARMAN or its affiliate shall collect only those personal details that have been expressly and
freely given by the participants in the context of the Promotion.
The personal details furnished by the participant shall be processed under the responsibility of
HARMAN. HARMAN shall handle the personal details in accordance with the applicable
statutory requirements. These personal details shall not be furnished to third parties without
prior consent, except in the event that HARMAN is obliged thereto on the basis of statutory
provision or a court decision.
HARMAN shall use the furnished personal details for the administration of this Promotion only,
unless entrants have given permission for information to be used for marketing and
promotional purposes. Entry information will be retained for as long as HARMAN has a
legitimate business interest and will not be used for marketing without express consent of the

18. By participating in the promotion, entrants are deemed to have accepted these terms and
conditions.
