Competition Terms and Conditions

RULES

The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/competition/ (the “Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Trainline’ radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run from 28/10/2019 to 10/11/2019 and on Capital (the “Radio Station”).
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:

To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to capitalfm.com and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 28th October and close at 23:59 on Sunday 10th November.
Entrants will go to the online competition page and answer a multiple choice question, then register their details to enter.
After the closing date 1 winner will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries, and notified via phone or email.
Winners have 28 days from the date of being notified in which to claim their prize. If they fail to acknowledge notification after this period they will lose the prize and a new winner will be selected at random.
Eligibility:

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:

There will be one prize winner, who will win the following:

Return train travel for 4 adults to Manchester
Return transfers from the station to the hotel
Overnight stay at a 4-star centrally located hotel in Manchester
Breakfast for 4 adults in the hotel restaurant
Ice skating for 4 adults at the Ice Village Ice Skating Ring
Admission for 4 adults to the Ice Tiki bar with 1 drink per person
Entry to a club of the winner’s choice in Manchester for 4 adults
£500.00 Spending money
Prize Details:

Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of NDL Travel and excludes the Christmas holiday period, Valentine’s day/weekend, Easter weekend and all other bank holiday weekends.
Your prize includes off peak train travel that will need to be booked with us at least 6 weeks before you plan to travel. Off peak refers to travel booked outside of morning and evening commuter periods, this varies depending on the train operator but generally excludes departures between 0600-1000 and 1600-1900.
You will be staying in a 4* hotel, sharing a quadruple room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
Return transfer will be provided in the form of a £40.00 taxi allowance.
Admission to the Ice Tiki bar, Ice Village, is based on 4 adults and is subject to availability at the time of booking. Winner’s will get entry to the bar and 1 drink per person. Ice Tiki bar will be open daily through November and December.
Ice skating at Manchester’s Ice Village on is based on 4 adults and is subject to availability at the time of booking. You will have up to 45 minutes on the ice. Children under the age of 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Ice Skating will be available from November to January and is open daily from 11am to 9pm.
Entrance to a club of the winner’s choice is based on a right of admission reserved policy. Entrance to the venue can’t be guaranteed and is at the door persons discretion, entrants must be aged 18 and over. Passport/Photo ID may be required so please ensure you take this with you.
Spending money will be transferred directly to the winner upon confirmation of full and correct bank details. Transfers can take up to 5 working days.
All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
