Competition Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. By entering the competition, you are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

The prize draw is only open to GB residents aged over 25 and under 65. Proof of age and residence will be required.
Must have a valid clean UK driving license.

By entering this competition, you agree to be added to the Freedom Brewery mailing list and agree to receive future information from Freedom Brewery regarding this competition and other promotions. You may opt out at any time.

Maximum entry of 1 per person. Anyone trying to enter the competition more than once will be disqualified from the promotion.
There is 1 prize available.
1 prize is equal to:
1 week (7 days) free rental of a 2-berth campervan for 2 people (maximum).
2 cases of Freedom beer (1 case = 24x330ml bottles or cans).
A refundable damage deposit of £750 is payable prior to collection of the vehicle. In the event of an insurance claim the full £750 will be take from the hirer to cover the insurance excess. This deposit is refundable on satisfactory return of the vehicle.
Any damages to tyres, windscreen and any theft or loss of personal items are not covered by our insurance and shall be at your expense.
Travel within mainland GB only. You are not authorised to travel in Europe, doing so would invalidate your insurance cover.
The campervan pictured may be different to the vehicle you are offered. Freedom Brewery and Geoff Cox Car Sales LTD reserve the right to offer alternative makes/models of a similar specification to those advertised.
In the event of a breakdown or accident you will be provided with a accident and repair number who will be at your disposal 24/7.
There is a strict policy of no smoking within the vehicle, failure to comply with this may result in part of full loss of your hire deposit.
You must take your 1-week free hire before the end of October 2021.
The free hire of this vehicle does not include or cover any campsite or additional accommodation fees.
Late return of the vehicle carries an additional charge of £40 per hour.
Collection and return of the vehicle is from Geoff Cox Car Sales LTD, 122 Derby Road, Denby, Derbyshire, DE5 8LG
Winners will be contacted via the details entered on the submission on https://freedombrewery.com/win-a-week-in-a-campervan/
The competition closes at Midnight 3rd August 2021.
The competition winner/s will be chosen at random on 4th August 2021.
Winners will be contacted within 24 hours of the draw via email.
Winners will be contacted directly and asked to verify/supply their age, address, driving license and other personal details to setup insurance. If for some reason the insurer is unwilling to cover you, we are unable to offer you the prize and another winner will be drawn.
Your personal details will be shared with Geoff Cox Car Sales LTD to arrange/book your 1-week hire.
Winners must respond within 48 hours of being contacted or lose the right to claim the prize. If the winner has not responded a new winner will be selected and contacted within an additional 24 hours.
We reserve the right to refuse the prize to any person(s) for any reason and not hand over the vehicle if it feels the hirer is not suitable for whatever reason. Geoff Cox Car Sales LTD reserve the right to repossess the vehicle at any time, due to misuse, damage, or accident.
Freedom Brewery are not obligated to inform entrants who have not won.
There is no cash alternative for the prize detailed. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable.
Freedom Brewery LTD reserve the right to cancel, pause or change this promotion at any time.

GENERAL VEHICLE USAGE
The hirer must ensure that all passengers wear the seat belts provided.
The hirer is responsible for all parking/motoring offences during the hire period.
The hirer is liable for all overhead damage to vehicle.
The hire must ensure the vehicle is not overloaded and carries only the correct number of passengers as per vehicle specifications.
The hirer must not use the vehicle for hire or reward.
The hirer will not tow any vehicle or trailer behind vehicle.
The hirer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is locked when left unattended.
The hirer will ensure all hatches and doors are securely fastened during transit.
