3. The prize draw is open to all UK residents, except employees of Argos Limited.

A Bing goody bag
A digital ride photo (Digipass or an equivalent product of the same value) worth £30 so you can get a family souvenir photo taken in the CBeebies Land Photo Studio. Exchange your e-ticket at the admissions counter or Resort Box Office before heading to the Photo Collection Unit at Towers Street, or any ride photo counter to collect your photo.

5. To enter the prize draw you will be asked to provide your name and contact details.
6. The information you provide here will be safeguarded under the Data Protection Act and controlled by Argos Limited.
7. The prize draw ends on 22 December 2020.
8. The winner will be notified via e-mail or telephone by Argos or a third party acting on our behalf within 14 days of the closing date.
9. The winning entry will be selected by an independent judge and the judge’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. No cash alternatives will be substituted for the prize. The promoter reserves the right to offer alternative items/activities of a greater or equivalent value should unforeseen circumstances require it.
11. Use of a false name or address will disqualify any applicant from receiving the prize.
12. The winner may be required to participate in post-event publicity arranged by or on behalf of the promoter.

17. Your prize is a two night stay for up to 4 guests in a Bugbies bedroom in the CBeebies Land Hotel. Your stay needs to be booked and taken before 4 October 2021 excluding theme park closed dates, secondary events (e.g. concerts) and fireworks events – please check www.altontowers.com for opening dates. Prize also includes breakfast, one day tickets to the Theme Park, one day tickets to the Waterpark, lunch at the Rollercoaster Restaurant (up to a value of £20 per person) and a digital ride photos pass (Digipass or an equivalent product of the same value). Entrance to the Alton Towers Dungeon, Tree Top Quest, Extraordinary Golf and the Spa is not included in the prize.
18. Limited number of competition prize rooms available on any one night and subject to availability. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. For accommodation purposes only, one guest must be aged 18+. Identification will be required upon check-in. Check-in can be made from 3pm onwards. Prizes do not include travel to or from Alton Towers Resort, in-room movies and phone calls. All other expenses are the responsibility of the winner and guests. Prizes are non-transferable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative. Please note the theme park is closed on quieter days in the season – please check open times before you visit at www.altontowers.com. The Alton Towers Resort reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity. Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions.
