Competition Terms and Conditions

To enter Visit Isle of Man’s competition, entrants must enter their email address.
The competition runs from 16th July 2021 and closes on 31st October 2021 (the ‘Promotional Period’). Once you have entered your email address, you will automatically be entered into the free prize draw. Number of entries is limited to one per person’s email address.
All competition entries must be received by electronic entry form by the Closing Date (23:59 BST on 31st October 2021) to be eligible for the draw. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
The competition prize is: Return flights for two from your nearest airport with direct links to the Isle of Man and a two night stay at The Comis Hotel & Spa with breakfast. The prize (including travel and accommodation) are all subject to availability at the time of booking, and must be used between 1st January 2022 and 31st December 2022 (excluding 15th -18th April, and 29th May – 10th June). There is no cash alternative to the prize and tickets are not for resale.
The draw to select the winner will take place at the Isle of Man Department for Enterprise on 1st November 2021 (‘the Draw Date’) and the winner will be notified by email of their success within 14 days of the Draw Date.
Entrants may be invited to participate in publicity arising from this promotion, although they are under no obligation to do so and will only participate with their expressed consent.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right to void, cancel, suspend or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
By ticking the ‘Agree to Mail’ box, entrants consent to receive marketing materials from the Visit Isle of Man, an executive agency within the Isle of Man Department for Enterprise / Isle of Man Government. All entrants can withdraw their consent at any time by ticking the ‘unsubscribe’ box on any communications received.
By entering the competition, the entrant will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Promoter for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or liability caused by matters relating to this competition. This does not affect any statutory rights.
