THE COMPETITION can be entered via the following methods, and you may enter only once per channel:

Newsletter: Update your details through the link in the competition email to be entered into the draw.

And/Or

Facebook: Update your details through the link in the competition post to be entered in to the draw.

And/Or

Instagram: Update your details through the link in the competition post or story to be entered in to the draw.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Prize includes two return Eurostar tickets or return flights to Paris from London, Edinburgh, Manchester, Birmingham or Bristol airports and accommodation in Paris for two nights worth up to £500 in total. The winner will also receive 500-euro spending money.

The tickets are non-negotiable and subject to availability. Fly route is subject to availability. Flights or train to Paris in economy class and Prize is subject to blackout dates and/or seasonal restrictions. Travel is permitted for departures up to 31/10/19. No Food or drink included in the prize package. Travel to and from airport not included. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and subject to availability. No cash alternative and no change will be given.

Entry is only open to UK residents aged 18 years and over at the time of entry. No entries on behalf of third parties will be accepted.

Entry via newsletter is open to those that are already opted-in to receive marketing communications from Côte. Completion of the entry form will not affect the entrant’s opt-in status.

Côte reserves the right to check the validity of any entry, the identity of any entrant or winner and to refuse entry or refuse giving the prize, if reasonably considers the entry and/or winner to be in breach of the terms and conditions or to have otherwise acted in an inappropriate or deceitful manner.

By entering the promotion, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other reference to this competition, these Terms and Conditions prevail. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of the Terms and Conditions of Entry.

The promotion commences on 01/07/2019 at 12.00AM GMT and closes on 31/07/2019 at 23.59PM GMT. Entries submitted and received by Côte after this time will not be accepted. The time of entry will in each case be the time the online entry is received by Côte, not at the time of transmission by the entrant.

The winner of the prize will be determined by random selection from the valid entries. Côte’s decision is final, and no correspondence or communication will be entered into in relation to such decision or associated process. The winner will be notified via email on 01/08/2019 and must respond within 72 hours of receiving the prize notification to arrange the details of the Prize. The winner’s name may be published on any other promotional material Côte Restaurants Ltd deems relevant. Entrants consent to their details and images being published in these circumstances.
