Terms and conditions

1. Only open to residents in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Ann Summers, W7 Cosmetics and anyone professionally connected with this Promotion.
2. TO ENTER: Entrants must go to www.annsummers.com/page/swimwear-lookbook.html , fill in their details (email address, first/last name, telephone number and DOB) and tell us which piece of Ann Summers swimwear they would rock at the pool party in Marbella.
3. Internet access required. No purchase is necessary. Maximum of one entry per person.
4. Successful entries into the Promotion will receive a thank you message.
5. Standard network rates apply.
6. Entries must be made personally.
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible or delayed entries, such entries will be void. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt and the Promoter does not accept responsibility for the non-receipt or the late receipt of an entry due to network failure or for any associated costs to entrants.
8. No entries submitted via any other means will be accepted. The Promoter cannot guarantee uninterrupted or secure access to the web entry route. Any mechanical reproduction or automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification.
9. Entries must be made between 14:00:01 BST on 9th May 2019 and 23:59:59 BST on 14th June 2019 (“the Promotion Period”). After or before this date, all entries will be deemed null and void.
10. PRIZE DRAW: All entries submitted during the Promotion Period will be collated and entered into a random prize draw. Winning entries will be selected at random by an independent adjudicator within 5 working days of the close of the Promotion Period.
11. PRIZE FULFILMENT: Winners and their friends must hold a valid UK passport with at least six months validity on it in order to be able to travel to Marbella.
12. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winners will be contacted via the email address provided on entry within 5 working days of the prize draw. The winners will be required to respond within 7 days of initial contact to confirm eligibility, acceptance of the prize and further delivery details. If any winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days of initial contact, or if the prize is declined, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a reserve selected in the same manner.
13. Every valid entry has the same chance to win.
14. The prizes will be emailed. No entrant may win more than one prize.
15. PRIZES: There is one grand prize that consists of:
    1. Return economy flights from UK mainland airports to Marbella, 3 nights’ accommodation in a 4* hotel/apartment including bed and breakfast on a twin/double occupancy basis for 4 people aged 18 and over, hand baggage and hold baggage airport transfers to and from the airport in Marbella and £1,000 spending money. Travel insurance, UK departure taxes are also included. The winner and their friends will be required to provide a photocopy of their passports to Ann Summers so that their age can be verified and flights can be booked in their names.
    2. The prize can be taken from Wednesday 10th July 2019 until Saturday 31st August 2019 inclusive. The dates are subject to availability at time of booking. Travel over the August bank holiday (Monday 26th August) is not available.
    3. Ann Summers swimwear x 4. The winners may choose which swimwear they would like, subject to availability.
    4. And fifty ‘W7 Glam Packs’ as runners up prizes each consisting of:
       • 1 x Beam Me Up Illuminator
       • 1 x Solar Glow bronzer pack
       • 1 x Seduced Pigment Pallette
16. No subsistence, gratuities, or costs of a personal nature are included unless stated. These costs are the responsibility of the winner and their guests.
17. It is the responsibility of the grand prize winner and their three friends to make their own way to the airport in the UK and back to Marbella Airport for the return flight home
18. The grand prize winner and their friends must show valid ID otherwise, they may be rejected from the events.
19. There is no cash or other alternative to these prizes in whole or in part. Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to reclaim the prize if it is transferred.
20. If the grand prize winner and their guests are and look over 25 years of age, then they may be required to participate in all required publicity and share with Ann Summers photographs from the trip for Ann Summers to use on their owned social media channels and website as well as email.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct audits on all entries and winners to refuse a prize or refuse further participation in the Promotion where there is reasonable ground to believe that there has been a violation of these Terms and Conditions or any instruction regarding the requirements for participation in the Promotion or in the event that a participant would have had an unfair advantage in participating in the Promotion or would have won by fraudulent means.
22. The decision of The Promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
23. The Promoter is not responsible for any third-party acts or omissions.
24. In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter, or in cases of fraud, abuse and/or error (human or computer) that affect or could affect the proper operation of the Promotion or the awarding of prizes, and only when the circumstances are that this is unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or modify the Promotion at any time, but will always endeavour to minimize the impact on the participant to avoid undue disappointment.
25. All taxes (including without limitation national & local taxes) in connection with any prize & the reporting consequence thereof, are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
26. The winners agree to allow the Promoter to use their surname and county of residence to announce the winners of this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to publish the surname and county of residence of the winners. The winners may object to their surname and county of residence being published or request for the amount of information being published to be reduced.
27. Subject to the winners’ consent, the winners’ details (surnames and counties only) will be available for a period of 3 months of the closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to Win a Trip to Marbella Winners c/o Natalie Wright Ann Summers Marketing, Gold Group House, Godstone Road, Whyteleafe, CR0 3GG.
28. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or difference arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The Promoter and each entrant irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales over any claim or matter arising under or in connection with these rules or the legal relationships established by this agreement.
