Competition Terms and Conditions

o The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘TalkTalk Family Timetable Series 2’ radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run from Monday 1st June 2020 to Sunday 5th July 2020 on Heart Network (the “Radio Station”).
o Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
o Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 1st June 2020 and close at 23.59pm on Sunday 5th July 2020.
o To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to the TalkTalk page on www.heart.co.uk, submit their own photo or video that showcases their own attempt at one of the Heart & TalkTalk Family Timetable content videos available on the page & select a prize from a choice of 4. New content video options will be available as follows:
o Series 1: Cooking with Kelly, Dance with Ash, Science with Paddy – available from Monday 1st June
o Cooking with Kelly on the following Mondays: 8th June, 15th June, 22nd June, 29th June
o Nature Crafts with Joel on the following Wednesdays: 10th June, 17th June, 24th June, & 1st July.
o Storytime with Keith on the following Fridays: 12th June, 19th June, 26th June, 3rd July.
o Global will allow a maximum of 24 entries per person across the Competiton period and the Entrant can choose which of the videos they choose as their inspiration. Any additional entries above this limit will be excluded from the Competition
o Listeners will be asked to register their details to complete their entry. Images must be 12mb or less and videos 200mb or less. Anything above these limits will not be counted and dismissed from the competition.
o If any submitted entry is deemed to be rude, offensive, illegal, condoning dangerous behaviour or not deemed appropriate for Heart’s Feel Good family audience, it will be excluded from the competition. By submitting an image or video to the site https://win.heart.co.uk/talktalk-jun-2020/ to the Radio Station you: (i) warrant that you control all copyright and all other rights (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) in and to such video or image; and (ii) confirm the grant by you to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] of a worldwide, perpetual, royalty free licence in the copyright and all other rights in and to the video or image (including, without limitation, performers’ rights) and you waive any moral rights and like rights you have in relation to the video; so that the Radio Station [and Global Radio] shall be entitled to use the video in any and all media at no cost to the Radio Station [and Global Radio] and such use shall not infringe the rights of any third party. Images must be 12mb or less and videos 200mb or less. Anything above these limits will not be counted and dismissed from the competition.
o Entrants acknowledge that their image may be used on Heart and/or TalkTalk channels including websites, competition pages, social channels, newsletters, outdoor advertising during the promotion or at a future date. The winners may be contacted via the contact details provided to discuss this.
o From all entries received, one winner will be selected at random once the Competiton has closed and awarded their prize selected at the point of entry.
o Winners will be contacted w/c 6th July 2020 using the contact details provided by phone &/or email.

Eligibility:
o Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
o Multiple entries are permitted up to a maximum of 24 entries across the Competition period. Any additional entries above this limit will be excluded from the Competition.

Specific Prize Terms
o Premium Netflix subscription will be provided in the form of two online gift cards. Should the winner wish to continue with their subscription, they may do so at their own cost. Should they wish to cancel the subscription after this time, they must do so at least one month before the end of their subscription. Winner will be required to open a Netflix account and direct debit in their own name.
o Disney+ Membership will be provided in the form of £60 cash. Should the winner wish to continue with their subscription, they may do so at their own cost. Should they wish to cancel the subscription they must do so at least one month before the end of their subscription. Winner will be required to open a Disney Plus account and direct debit in their own name.

Overall Prize Specific Terms:

o All prizes will be delivered within 28 working days from the date that NDL receives confirmation of the delivery address from the winner.
