Competition Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions of Participation apply
to Competitions organised by Tirol Werbung GmbH:
1. The competition organiser is Tirol Werbung GmbH, Maria-Theresien-Straße 55, A – 6020
Innsbruck
2. By participating in this competition, the participant accepts these Terms and Conditions of
Participation.
3. Participation in the competition is independent of the purchase of goods or services from Tirol
Werbung GmbH.
4. Participation is open to those aged 18 years or older at the time of entry, being resident of the UK.
5. The competition closes on 30 September 2020 and the winner will be notified by the Tirol Tourist
Board and the St. Anton am Arlberg Tourist Board by 16 October 2020.
6. Tirol Werbung GmbH employees are excluded from participation.
7. To participate in the competition, participants must answer the competition questions correctly,
enter his or her personal data and send to Tirol Werbung GmbH by pressing the “Take part in
competition” button.
8. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received by the competition closing
date.
9. The winner will be notified via email.
10. The holiday prize is supplied by the Tirol Tourist Board, St. Anton am Arlberg and Ellis Brigham.
Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. Not valid in peak season dates. The holiday must
be taken in summer 21 before 30 September 2021. Prize is for two people (sharing a room) and
includes direct flights from/to London or Manchester, transfers from/to Innsbruck Airport to St. Anton
am Arlberg , seven nights’ accommodation on a half board basis plus two St. Anton Summer Cards by St.
Anton Tourist Board. The prize also includes a resort transfer. The prize EXCLUDES travel to the
airport in the UK, equipment rental, tuition and any additional costs and expenses incurred during the
trip. Personal travel insurance is not included with this prize. The competition is open to residents of
the UK aged 18 years or over. No purchase necessary. One entry per household. The prize is nonexchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable. The winner must be included in the travelling
party. There is no cash alternative and no alternative holidays will be offered.
11. Cash instead of the prize or an exchange of prizes is not possible.

12. Data submitted by participants in this competition will be stored by Tirol Werbung GmbH
exclusively for the implementation of this competition. It will not be passed on to any third party. Please
note that the data will only be saved for the raffle and will be deleted afterwards. However, if you
request to receive more information from the Tirol Tourist Board, your address will be stored in the
mailing list and can be revoked at any time. If you request information from St. Anton am Arlberg and
Ellis Brigham, the data will be passed on to them and saved by them. Deletion from the distribution list
can also be requested from the partners at any time.
13. The winning participant agrees for his/her name to be published on the website “www.tirol.at“.
14. The judge’s decision is final.
