Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.capitalfm.com/terms-conditions/ (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Smart Energy’ radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run from 31.05.20 to 09.06.20 on The Capital Network (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.capitalfm.com/win/ answer a question on the Smart Energy page and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:01 on 31.05.20 and close at 23:59 on 09.06.20
4. One winner will be selected at random from all correct and eligible entries received within 10 days of the competion closing. The winner will be notified by telephone by a Global member of staff with 10 days of the competition closing.

Eligibility:
5. Entries must be ages 18 or above and a UK resident.
6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
