Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Barclaycard Comment To Win Promotion Burst 1’ Instagram competition (the “Competition”) which will run from 21st May 2020 to 27th May 2020 on the Heart official Instagram page (@thisisheart)
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must head online to the Heart Instagram account at Instagram.com/thisisheart. Entrants must follow @thisisheart on Instagram, if not already, in order to enter the Competition and be contactable via direct message.
4. Entrants must then log onto Instagram with their own account and follow Heart’s official account, @thisisheart. The Entrant must find the ‘Comment To Win’ social post, first posted on Thursday 21st May 2020 on @thisisheart main feed. The Entrant must comment directly or reply directly to a comment on the main grid post with their answer to the question asked in the post.
5. Entry to the competition will open at 18:00 on Thursday 21st May 2020 and close at 3pm on Wednesday 27th May 2020.
6. From all eligible entries, one winner will be selected at random and contacted via Instagram direct message by a representative of Global to the Instagram ID they used to enter.
7. If the winner does not reply to the message on Instagram from Global within 48 hours (2 working days) to claim their prize, Global reserves the right to randomly select a new eligible Entrant to receive the prize. This process will continue until a winner has claimed the prize.

ELIGIBILITY:
8. Entrants must follow Heart on Instagram at @thisisheart
9. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
10. Entrants must be UK residents.
11. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
12. Entrants can only win one prize across the competition.

PRIZE:
13. A £1,250 Pleesecakes voucher & £1,000 cash
14. The £1,250 Pleesecakes voucher will be emailed to the winner within 28 days of the winner confirming their details
15. The £1,000 will be transferred to the winner’s bank account via Global. This can take up to 28 working days to process and is dependant on the winner providing their details when required.

16. Global is the promoter of this Competition. Please note that Instagram is not responsible for any element of this promotion and has in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered this promotion.

17. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
