Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter is BLOCKHEAD HQ Ltd whose registered office is at Unit 2, The Eridge Estate Yard, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN3 9JR.
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of BLOCKHEAD HQ Ltd and their close relatives.
3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
4. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

6. The competition encourages tasks to be completed through the Gleam platform portal to gain entries. Competitors therefore will have to complete steps on the gleam competition portal to gain entries, the more steps completed, the more entries the competitor will gain.
7. Closing date for entry will be midnight Thursday 17th January 2021. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
8. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. Entrants who have created social accounts purely for the purpose of entering Competitions or Sweepstakes will not be eligible to win.
11. There is one main prize and ten runner-up prizes: The main prize consists of the following, ten cartons of BLOCKHEAD Energy Gum (120 x 10 piece packs) and one gaming console, EITHER PlayStation 5 OR X-box Series S. Consoles are subject to availability at the time the competition ends, once the winner has been drawn they will be contacted to determine their preference. Once they have made their decision, BLOCKHEAD will endeavour to purchase the console on the player’s behalf. If this process takes longer than 28 days then an Amazon voucher up to the value of the console will be issued via email to the winner. Ten runner up prizes consist of one carton of BLOCKHEAD Energy Gum each (12 x 10 piece packs), once the winners have been drawn they will be contacted for the address they would like their prize to be sent to.
12. The winners will be chosen randomly by Gleam software.
13. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
14. BONUS PRIZE PACK: There is a bonus prize draw for contestants who like, share or re-post any competition posts on Instagram or Facebook. This prize consists of one carton of BLOCKHEAD Energy Gum (12 x 10 piece packs), one carton of BLOCKHEAD CBD Gum (12 x 7 piece packs) and one BLOCKHEAD T-shirt. There will be one winner for this prize who will be chosen at random and informed on the 18th of January 2021.
15. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered.
16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
17. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
18. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
