2. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the Prize Draw (Participant).
3. No purchase is necessary.
4. Internet access and an Instagram or Facebook account are required to enter the Prize Draw.

6. The opening date for receipt of entries is on [19th November 2020] at [08:00 AM] and the closing date for receipt of entries is on [26th November 2020] at [09:00 AM] (Promotion Period). Entries received after this time will not be accepted.
7. Each Participant may submit a maximum of one (1) Entry during the Promotion Period.
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
9. Five winners will be selected at random from all valid entries by the Promoter on [30th November 2020] (each a Winner and together the Winners).
10. The Winners selected will be entitled to x1 each of the following Prize: The Prize is: A) PlayStation 5 console – disc version (each a Prize and together the Prizes)
11. The Winners will be notified by [30th November 2020] by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) (Notification). If a Winner does not respond to the Promoter’s Notification within 12 hours an alternative winner may be chosen at the Promoter’s discretion.
12. The relevant Prize will be delivered to the relevant Winner by the Promoter (using details provided at entry) by [7] days of the Winner responding to the Promoter’s Notification.
13. The Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. No Participant may win more than one Prize.
14. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prizes to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

17. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the Prize Draw where it becomes necessary to do so. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Any personal information provided by the Participants will be used by the Promoter and/or its agents for the purpose of conducting this Prize Draw, and in relation to the Prize Draw the Participant hereby agrees to the following. B) The Promoter may also publish publicly the image, name, county and any other personal data submitted of the Winners. Winners may also be required to provide further personal data as a condition of receipt of a Prize without any further fees being payable to the Participant. C) Participants (and in particular Winners) agree to their personal data being shared with the Promoter and its affiliates (including, for the avoidance of doubt, sponsors and co-promoters of this promotion) for the purposes of administration and fulfilling this Prize Draw as well as any other uses set out in these terms. D) Participants must ensure that each person’s personal data submitted to the Promoter has given its specific and informed consent or any other lawful authorisation to process its personal data in accordance with these terms.
19. The Promoter excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Prize Draw or with the acceptance or possession of any Prize.
20. The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and Participants to the Prize Draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Eligibility:

7. Participants must be free to attend the Prizes (full details below).
8. Entries shall not; A) be obscene or indecent (including but not limited to nudity, pornography or profanity); B) contain defamatory statements or words or symbols that are offensive either generally or to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group; C) include threats to any person, place, business or group; D) invade privacy or other rights of any person, firm or entity; or E) in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations or network standards.
9. The entries will be reviewed by the Promoter or a third-party agency to confirm they comply with these terms and conditions. If any such entries are or could reasonably be construed as being unlawful or contrary to these terms and conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prizes to anyone.
10. Syndicated entries, use of computer programs and other automatic means to enter such as using a computer macro, a script or the use of other automated devices is prohibited and may also result in disqualification.
11. All entries must be made by the Participant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that a Participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that Participant’s entries into the Prize Draw in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Prize Draw, that Participant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
12. No responsibility is taken for entries or claims that are lost, delayed, illegible, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.
Winner Selection

17. Once a Prize is claimed, the winner will be contacted and will be given full details of how to redeem their Prize.
18. No other prizes or cash alternatives are available, and prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred. No participant may win more than one prize.
29. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Publicity and Data Protection
21. The personal information supplied by Participants when entering this Prize Draw will be used by the Promoter in accordance with its Privacy Policy which can be found here: http://www.ladbiblegroup.com/privacy-policy/.
22. If a Participant chooses or is required to submit a third party’s personal information to the Promoter as part of entering or participating in this Prize Draw, it must ensure that the person whose details are submitted has given their specific and informed consent for the individual providing such details to provide us with their details and for the Promoter to process those details in accordance with these terms.
23. The Participant acknowledges that if he or she wins a Prize that the Promoter shall have the right to publish any and all personal data provided by him or her to it in order to promote this Prize Draw and/or its products and services more generally.
24. Participants, particularly Winners, may be required to participate in photo, recording, video and/or filming session(s) as a condition of their receipt of any prize. You agree that the Promoter shall have the right to use all the resulting publicity materials in any media and in any manner they see fit. This includes providing these materials to any third party prize providers for the purposes of promoting their association with this Prize Draw and awarding the relevant prizes.
25. No fees shall be payable to any Participant or Winner in relation to the use of publicity materials.
26. The Winners agree to their personal data being shared with the Promoter and its affiliates (including, for the avoidance of doubt, sponsors and co-promoters of this Prize Draw) for the purposes of administration and fulfilling this Prize Draw, as well as any other uses set out in these terms.
27. The Winners agree that use of their personal data in the fashion described in these clauses is a fundamental part of the consideration which underlies these terms and that it is necessary for the Promoter to undertake such processing in order for it to be able to provide the Prize. Any attempt by a Winner to default on its obligation set out in these clauses may result in the Prize being withdrawn.
General:
28. Participants give their explicit consent that the Promoter has the right to verify all claims including, but not limited to, their identity provided and to refuse to award the Prize or withdraw the Prize where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Prize Draw’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant had gained unfair advantage in participating in the Prize Draw. Any false declaration with respect to identity, age, place of residence or any other information required will result in the immediate disqualification of the participant from the Prize Draw.
29. The Winners are prohibited from reselling any prize won or reselling any other element of the prize.
30. Insurance is not provided as part of the Prize. It will be each Winner’s responsibility to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to be taken.
31. No fees shall be payable to any Participant in relation to their entry into this Prize Draw. Obtaining time off work and/or study or related activities to participate in the Prize Draw and/or take the Prize will be the sole and absolute responsibility of each Participant.
32. If for any reason this Prize Draw is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Prize Draw or use of the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Prize Draw.
33. The Promoter excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law for any loss or damage arising from or in connection with the Prize Draw or with the acceptance or possession of any Prize.
34. If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions and/or Prize the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.
35. Each Winner acknowledges that once the Prize has been issued to the Winner, the Promoter is not liable or responsible if the Prize or the events which form part of the Prize are cancelled, varied, postponed or rescheduled for any reason at any time. The Promoter shall be under no obligation to provide an alternative prize in such circumstances or to reimburse any incurred expenses by a Winner or their guests as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.
36. Participants may be required to provide additional information or identification, including but not limited to; a passport, driving license or proof of address and date of birth.
37. Neither the network provider nor the Promoter can guarantee that the service will never be faulty, but the network provider will endeavour to correct reported faults and make the service available as soon as the network provider reasonably can. No responsibility can be accepted for any difficulties in entering the Prize Draw or any entries or claims delayed, corrupted or misdirected.
38. These terms and conditions will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England and Wales and all disputes relating to them and/or their subject matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
