With Filipino soul and a London heart, the menu showcases Budgie’s modern interpretation of Filipino flavours – from vinegar-soaked adobo to its famous roasted lechon – paying ode to the sour, salty and sweet characteristics of the cuisine. At the heart of each dish is Sarap’s philosophy of ‘authentic flavours delivered proudly inauthentically’, evident throughout Budgie’s specially crafted menu of inventive and bold Filipino-inspired small plates, signature large plates, and that whole-roasted lechon, which is now also available as individual portions on the set lunch menu.

The prize is for a meal at Sarap on 10 Heddon Street for two people to share: it includes 3 small plates, 2 large plates, 2 sides, a dessert each, plus a welcome cocktail and a bottle of wine as chosen by your server. The meal is redeemable Tuesday to Thursday evenings only, and the prize must be redeemed by 30 September 2022
