WIN a mattress that’s perfect for you – Terms & Conditions The Promoter: Silentnight Group Limited, Long Ing Business Park, Long Ing Lane, Barnoldswick, Lancashire BB18 6B, Registered in England 7525259. Eligibility: This competition is open to UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland), Isle of Man, Channel Island and Republic of Ireland residents aged 18+ only and excludes employees and the immediate families of the Silentnight Group (“the Promoter”), its affiliated companies, agents or anyone else professionally connected to the promotion. Promotional period: The competition will run from 18:00 September 15th 2021 until 23:59 October 31st 2021. Entry Instructions: To enter, entrants must: 1. Complete the short sleep survey via https://www.silentnight.co.uk/wake-up-competition 2. Follow @Silentnightbeds on Instagram OR Facebook, Entries must be within the stated promotional period. Internet access required. Only one entry per person will be accepted in the promotional period. Winner selection: The winners will be selected at random, once the promotion period has closed. Winner notification: The winners will be notified directly by email, within 28 days of the closing date of the competition. It is the promoters right to confirm the winners identity, if required. The winners will receive two emails, the first, including notification they’ve been selected as a winner and the second, with delivery arrangement details.

Delivery will be free of charge, covered by Silentnight. It is the responsibility of the winner to be present for the arranged delivery. Should a delivery need to be rearranged for any reason, additional delivery costs are to be covered by the winner. If the winner does not rearrange delivery of their prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the winner’s entitlement to the prize. Prize: 200 mattresses are available to be won. Each winner will receive 1 x mattress only. The type of mattress provided to each winner will based upon sleep details provided upon entry, ensuring each winner receives a mattress suited to their individual sleep needs. The prize must be accepted as offered, there is no cash alternative or alternative prizes. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Each mattress won will not be covered by Silentnight’s 60 Night Comfort Guarantee or returns policy. If the winner does not claim their prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw the winner’s entitlement to the prize, and will re-draw the competition.

The winners will receive their mattresses within 6 months from the closing date (31st October).

All winners will be offered an additional service to remove and recycle their current mattress. Removals will be covered upon delivery of the prize, with the old product taken away at the same time as the delivery is made. Silentnight will remove 1 x old mattress only, and will not accept the removal of bed frames, headboards and other sleep accessories. Silentnight will accept the removal of 1 x mattress from Silentnight or another brand. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the winner accepts it is their responsibility to ask for and/or accept this service upon delivery of the prize. In the event that government restrictions and guidelines related to the COVID-19 pandemic prohibit prize fulfilment, the prize will be re-arranged accordingly, to be fulfilled at a later date.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for situations outside of our control that may result in lost, delayed, damaged or not received entries, winner notifications or prizes. Nor will the promoter be responsible for any non-inclusion of entries as result of a systems issue. The promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performing its obligation in relation to this competition, if circumstances beyond our control prevents the promoter from complying with these terms & conditions. Winners may be required to feature in PR and marketing content for Silentnight, by agreeing to the terms and conditions, the winner is granting permission to be included within Silentnight PR and marketing content. It is the responsibility of the entrant to keep their details with Silentnight up to date, in order for us to contact the winner. We cannot be held responsible for winners failing to keep information up to date which may affect prize acceptance or prize delivery. The promoter’s decision is final and binding. Entry to the competition implies acceptance of these terms & conditions. If you would like to leave a review, and you do not agree with the terms and conditions or you would not like to be entered into the competition, please email ecom@silentnight.co.uk If necessary, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value, should this be necessary due to circumstances outside of the promoter’s control. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement where there are grounds to believe that the terms and conditions outlined in the above have been breached. The promoter has the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Decisions made in relation to this competition by the Promoter are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The name of the winner can be obtained by emailing ecom@silentnight.co.uk 28 days after the closing date of the competition.
