DANCING ON ICE: PEOPLE’S POSTCODE LOTTERY CHRISTMAS CAMPAIGN PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, STV Group PLC and People’s Postcode Lottery, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win or www.stv.tv/win websites (“Website”) at 9.00am on Tuesday 1 December 2020.
· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 9.00am on Monday 7 December 2020.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.
· The prize is time sensitive and the winner will be contacted on or after the close date and will be called in accordance with Clause 5.3 of the ITV General Competition, Vote and Poll Terms.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize consisting of a Dancing on Ice experience (“DOI Experience”).

The DOI Experience includes the following for the winner and up to three (3) companions aged 18 or over (“Companions”):
· A tour of the Dancing on Ice 2021 Studio (at a location to be confirmed by the Promoter but expected to be Bovingdon (Hertfordshire), England) for approx. 30 minutes;
An ITV representative Chaperone; and
Tickets to see the Dancing on Ice show on the Chosen Sunday (as defined below).

The tour of the Dancing on Ice 2021 Studio will include a meet and greet with Phillip Schofield (subject to availability) for the winner and one (1) Companion only. In the event that Phillip Schofield is unable to attend in person, Phillip Schofield will meet and greet the winner and their chosen Companion via video call at a later date as confirmed by the Promoter;

The winner may take-up the DOI Experience any Sunday (“Chosen Sunday”) between Sunday 17 January 2021 and Sunday 14 March 2021 (“Original Dates”) and must confirm with the Promoter when they wish to take the DOI Experience two (2) weeks prior the Chosen Sunday. Please note that these dates are subject to change and the Promoter will communicate the new dates to the winner as soon as possible. If the winner cannot attend the DOI Experience in person or if the Promoter cannot provide the DOI experience in person on any date, the winner and their Companions may attend the DOI Experience virtually.

The winner acknowledges that in the event that:
they are unable to attend in person the DOI Experience or if the Promoter cannot provide the DOI Experience in person due to any reason including but not limited to COVID-19 related restrictions, the DOI Experience will be virtual (via video call on a smartphone, tablet or computer) or will be forfeited; and
the Dancing on Ice show does not take place as specified for any reason (included but not limited to Covid-19 related events), the Promoter does not accept responsibility in these circumstances, this element of the prize will be cancelled and no alternative prize will be provided.

The prize also includes a three-night trip to London for the winner and their Companions (“Trip”), and comprises of the following:
Dinner allowance for two (2) evenings, up to a maximum value £800 per dinner, including drinks (for the avoidance of doubt, the £800 includes the dinner of the winner and companion(s)) (“Dinner Allowance”). The winner and their Companions will be able to choose the restaurant(s) from a list of restaurants as provided by the Prize provider of the Trip;
£400 credit added to the winner’s room for use towards dinner for the winner and their Companions at the restaurant of the Hotel (as defined below) on any of the three (3) nights for the winner and their Companions (“Dinner Credit”);
A fashion-styling session with a stylist including a virtual consultation (via video call on on a smartphone, tablet or computer) ahead of the Trip within four (4) to six (6) weeks preceding departure (depending on the winner’s and stylist’s availability), a one-to-one styling session at the Hotel and a selection of outfits chosen by the stylist based on the virtual consultation, including clothes, shoes and accessories, to take home at a value of up to £1,000 per person; and
An ice sculpting workshop of three (3) hours in London, which will include a tour of the ice sculpting studio, a demonstration of ice carving skills and the opportunity to create their own ice sculpture with the assistance of an ice sculptor.
(together the “Activities”).
Accommodation at a five-star hotel in London (“Hotel”), on a bed and breakfast basis, based on four (4) people sharing two (2) double or twin rooms (subject to availability).
Transportation (as determined by the Prize provider of the Trip) between the winner’s home address and the Hotel and private transfers from the Hotel to the Dancing on Ice Studio (as confirmed by the Promoter) and between the Hotel and each Activity or between Activities, as applicable.

Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

The Dinner Credit will be added to the winner’s room on check-in to the Hotel. The Dinner Credit and Dinner Allowance may not be exchange for a cash equivalence or alternative, and any unspent Dinner Credit or Dinner Allowance will be forfeited. The winner will be responsible for paying any additional costs over and above the Dinner Credit and Dinner Allowance.

The Trip must be booked two (2) weeks before the intended departure date, must be taken-up within the Original Dates or any new dates as confirmed by the Promoter (if applicable), and must include the Chosen Sunday. Any amendments made by the winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the winner.

Please note that any element of the Trip is subject to availability. If any of the Activities are unavailable, the Prize provider of the Trip will arrange a similar alternative of equal value with the winner.

In the event that the DOI Experience does not take place or if the winner is not able to attend the DOI Experience in person, the winner and their Companions will be able to take-up the Trip within eighteen (18) months of winner contact however, the following blackout dates will apply:
2021 UK Bank Holidays (2 April 2021; 5 April 2021; 3 May 2021; 31 May 2021 and 30 August 2021);
19 December 2021 to 4 January 2022; and
2022 UK Bank Holidays (15 April 2022, 18 April 2022, 2 May 2022, 30 May 2022).
For the avoidance of doubt, if the winner and their Companions do not attend the DOI Experience in person, they will not be able to participate to the DOI Experience at a later date during the Trip.

The prize excludes meals and drinks other than those specified above) travel insurance and personal expenses.

It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Promoter and the Prize provider of the Trip of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their Companions when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize also includes an iPad Air (64GB) for the winner, and four (4) goodie bags, each including the following:
· Two (2) Bespoke ‘Dancing on Ice’ hand-iced cookies;
· One (1) Set of Hot Chocolate Bombs; and
· One (1) Bottle of Champagne (20cl).

The Prize provider of the goodie bags will use reasonable efforts to deliver the iPad Air and the goodie bags to the winner’s home address within one (1) month of winner confirmation however please note that delivery of these prizes may be subject to delay due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation.

It is the responsibility of the winner and their Companions to check the allergen information on each product of the goodie bags.
