Competition Terms and Conditions

By entering this competition; entrants agree to be bound by these rules.

Crew Clothing Company and Rick Stein reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition rules at any time. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. All partners reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time. If the potential winner is unable to take the prize, the potential winner shall forfeit any and all rights to the prize.

Employees of Crew Clothing Company and Rick Stein or any company involved in the competition or members of their immediate family or household are not eligible to enter the competition.

Entry is open to UK residents only. There is no purchase requirement to enter the competition.

First place prize:

This prize is for one winner.

Second place prize:

This prize is for three winners.
A ‘Stein’s at Home’ food box
A Crew Clothing Padstow sweat or sweatshirt of your choice (subject to availability)
The competition is running from 25/04/22 – 29/05/22. There are four prizes to be won. The winners will be drawn at random and notified by 06/06/22 by 5pm. Details of the winner will be available from Crew Clothing Company, 20 Lydden Road, London SW18 4LR.

The taking of the prize experience is a contract between the winner and the providers of the various elements of the prize experience and is subject also to any terms and conditions of the providers of those elements as listed below.

The winner will be contacted by 10/06/22. The prize is not transferable, non-refundable and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered. The prize winner will be responsible for all travel to and from, insurance, Covid-19 tests (if required) and spending money.

The shepherd’s hut break must be taken by 30th September 2022.

Crew Clothing Company, Rick Stein and their affiliates are not liable for any accident, injury or loss incurred by the prize winner’s participation in prize travel and accommodation.
Entrants agree on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Released Parties”) to release, defend and hold harmless Crew Clothing Company, and any partner involved, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, expenses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, claims and demands whatsoever against Released Parties arising out of or in connection with entrant’s participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize, including any travel related activities.
The prize winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity; Crew Clothing Company reserves the right to use names of winners, their photographs and audio/visual recordings of them in publicity. Photos may be used in the press or online.

All partners’ decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into. Only one entry is allowed per person. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed, mislaid or damaged in the post. Proof of posting will not be regarded as proof of delivery.

Entries not in accordance with the rules will be disqualified. By entering the competition, competitors will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these rules. The laws of England and Wales govern this agreement. The competition will be promoted by all partners.
