Visit South Devon have teamed up with Cofton Holidays to offer one lucky winner the chance to win a short stay in one of their fresh, new two or three bedroom luxury lodges.
When lockdown finally comes to an end, we’ll all be looking for an escape to break away from the confines of our own homes. So, with this in mind, we’re giving you the opportunity to win a break in divine Devon, staying in a luxury lodge with all the bells and whistles. You’ll be close to the wilds of Dartmoor, the beauty of blue flag beaches, estuary walks and wonderful woodland. Sounds good, doesn’t it?!
Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Closing date for entry is 5.00pm, 15th June 2020
2. The Prize is as stated, non-negotiable, non-transferable, subject to availability and there is no cash alternative or different option. The promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
3. The winner accepts the prize at their own risk and if the winner is unable to take the prizes, a redraw will take place.
4. The prize consists of one short stay (Monday to Friday or Friday to Monday) for up to 6 people in a three bedroom lodge or up to 4 people in a 2 bedroom lodge at Cofton Holidays.
5. All parts of the prize are subject to availability. Excluding school holidays (24th July – 2nd September 2020, 26th – 30th October 2020, 15th – 19th February 2021, 2nd – 16th April 2021, 31st May – 4th June 2021 and 28th July – 3rd September 2021).
6. Prior booking is essential. Stays must be taken before 31st December 2021, subject to availability and government restrictions on travel.
7. The lead booker must be 18 years or older.
8. Any additional expenditure or spending money outside of the stated package is not included. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
9. This competition is open to UK residents only (England, Scotland, Wales).
10. Employees connected with this promotion or any companies or agencies directly connected with the creation and administration of this promotion or their families are excluded from taking part in this competition. Anyone found to be a third-party supplier will automatically forfeit the prize and a new selection will take place.
11. The winner will be selected at random after the closing date. The winner will be notified by email or direct message and will have 5 days to accept their prize. If the winner does not accept their prize within 5 days, it will be offered to another entrant.
12. The winner must be able to provide an email address for the prize details to be sent to. Cofton Holidays will be in contact with the winner to arrange the redemption of the prize which is not transferable.
13. Maximum of one entry per person. Bulk or third-party entries are not accepted.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete, altered or illegible entries. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed. No responsibility will be taken for technical, telecommunication or website error, proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
15. Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose without the individual’s prior consent.
16. By taking part in this Prize Promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules.
17. No purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
