Travelzoo “The Lock In” Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. PARTICIPATION IN THIS PRIZE DRAW
CONSTITUTES YOUR FULL AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF, AND AGREEMENT TO
BE LEGALLY BOUND BY, THESE PRIZE DRAW RULES (the “Prize Draw Rules”).
PRIZE DRAW PERIOD
The Prize Draw begins at 09:00:00 AM BST on July 22, 2021 and ends at 23:59:59 PM BST on
August 31, 2021, (the “Prize Draw Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
The Prize Draw is open to all legal residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or over at the time
of entry, except for employees of Travelzoo (Europe) Limited (the “Sponsor”), its affiliated companies
or agents, advertising or promotion agencies, their families or anyone else associated with this Prize
Draw.
HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. To participate in this Prize Draw, you must,
during the Prize Draw Period, submit an entry (an “Entry”), as follows:
a. via https://travelzoo.wyng.com/thelockin (the “Prize Draw Page”) by entering your email
address, name, and postcode.
You will receive one (1) Entry in the Prize Draw per person during the Prize Draw Period. Entries on
behalf of another person will not be accepted.
DRAW AND WINNER SELECTION
After the Prize Draw Period, the winner will be selected at random using a computerised randomiser
tool.
Before being declared a winner: The entrant(s) selected will be contacted by Travelzoo via the email
address submitted on the Prize Draw (the “Initial Notification”) and notified that they are eligible to
win on or about September 3, 2021. To begin the prize claim process, the potential winner must
respond as instructed to the Initial Notification with his/her full name and email address within seven
(7) days of the Initial Notification.
Within five (5) days of confirmation of the information received from the potential winner in response
to Initial Notification, such potential winner will receive a second notification (the “Second
Notification”) via email from the Sponsor. The Sponsor, at its discretion, reserves the right to require
the potential winner to sign and return, within five (5) days of the Second Notification, a declaration of
eligibility, a liability/publicity release and a license agreement (together, the “Affidavit”). The selected
entrant(s) must execute and return the Affidavit within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt. Noncompliance with this period may result in disqualification.
If the selected entrant: (i) does not reply to the Initial Notification with the required information and
within the specified period or there is a return of any prior notification as undeliverable; or (ii) fails to
return the Affidavit within the specified time, then he/she will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize,
and the Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate entrant from among the remaining eligible
entries.
PRIZES
The following prize is available to be won:
One (1) grand prize, consisting of: 2-night stay for 2 people in The Leonardo Royal Hotel London St
Paul’s and afternoon tea (the “Grand Prize”).
NOTE: The Grand Prize does not include, and the Sponsor will not pay for, any other incidental
expenses on or relating to the use of the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded
and are not transferable or convertible to cash. No substitutions except at the Sponsor’s option. The
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize or a prize component with one of equal or greater
value, including without limitation, but solely in the Sponsor’s discretion, a cash award. The Grand
Prize will only be awarded to the person who is the owner of the e-mail address or social media
handle that submitted the Entry. All expenses and taxes related to the acceptance or use of the Grand
Prize are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner.
GENERAL
By entering the Prize Draw, each entrant agrees to abide by these Prize Draw Rules. This Prize Draw
is subject to all applicable laws. Void where prohibited by law. The decisions of the Sponsor with
respect to all aspects of this Prize Draw are final and binding on all entrants.
The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, withdraw or amend this Prize Draw in any way,
without prior notice or obligation, in the event of an error, technical problem, computer virus, bugs,
tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the
reasonable control of the Sponsor that interferes with the proper conduct of this Prize Draw as
contemplated by these Prize Draw Rules.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in their sole and absolute discretion and at any time, to modify, edit or
disqualify any Entry if a complaint is received with respect to the Entry, if the Entry does not comply
with these Prize Draw Rules or for any other reason. All Entries are subject to verification at any time
and for any reason. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to require
proof of identity and/or eligibility. Failure to provide such proof to the satisfaction of the Sponsor in a
timely manner may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor.
By entering the Prize Draw and submitting an Entry, each entrant: (i) grants to the Sponsor a nonexclusive license to publish, display, reproduce, modify, edit or otherwise use his/her submission, in
whole or in part, for advertising or promoting the Prize Draw or for any other reason; and (ii) agrees to
release and hold harmless the Prize Draw parties and each of their respective agents, employees,
directors, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all
claims that relate in any way to the submission.
The Sponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies will not be liable for any failure of the website or
technical malfunction during the Prize Draw or for any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other
person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading any material in the Prize
Draw. Nothing in these Prize Draw Rules shall exclude the liability of the Sponsor for death, personal
injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
Any disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Prize Draw or any
prize awarded will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Except where
prohibited, the parties hereby consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the English courts in any
action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these Prize Draw Rules or relating to this Prize Draw.
Unless agreed otherwise, the personal information you are providing when entering this Prize Draw
will be used only for the purpose of administering this prize draw. All collection and use of your
personal data in connection with this Prize Draw will be done in compliance with applicable data
protection legislation and in accordance with our privacy policy, available at:

This Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or in association with,
Facebook, Twitter or Instagram.
For a written confirmation of the winner, send a self-addressed envelope within 90 days after the
