Competition Description
The winner and guest will stay for two nights, B&B, at the Fellows House in Cambridge, which opened last month near Jesus Green, a short walk from King’s College Chapel and the Backs. The hotel mixes traditional bedrooms with a range of apartments designed for visiting academics, scientists and project workers, as well as families in need of extra space.
Meanwhile, a range of relaxed, open-plan areas downstairs includes the Folio Bar and Kitchen, which features English classics alongside inventive plant-based alternatives, such as beetroot Wellington. The Sage of Cambridge coffee house has a similar emphasis on colourful, health-conscious food. One three-course dinner for two, as well as a cocktail each, is included in the prize.
