Competition Description
The prize-winner and a guest will enjoy five nights at Abaton Island Resort & Spa in a Luxury Seafront room, where white-washed interiors are softened by dark wood coffee tables and clean-lined geometric fabrics. On the shady deck there’s a private plunge pool overlooking the Cretan Sea, while the bedroom has secluded ocean views.
Return flights from the UK for two people are included in the prize.

1.1 This competition closes on 20 August 2019.
1.2 Any entries received after the Closing Date (for whatever reason) will be invalid.
1.3 Condé Nast Publications Ltd decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into. Condé Nast Publications Ltd reserves the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion in the event of major catastrophe, war, strike, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond either Condé Nast Publications Ltd control.
1.4 This competition is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
2. Entrant restrictions
2.1 Open to UK and Eire residents only. Entrants must be at least 18 years of age and proof of age will be required before the prize is dispatched.
2.2 The competition is not open to anyone associated with The Condé Nast Publications Ltd or any associated companies.
2.3 The Condé Nast Publications Limited reserves the right to ask entrants to verify eligibility to enter by providing a valid form of I.D.
3. Route of Entry
3.1 Entry is free of charge – no purchase is necessary, internet access is required.
3.2 No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
3.3 Condé Nast Publications Ltd accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from the Eligible Participant’s error, computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or other such causes.
3.4 Condé Nast Publications Ltd are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party websites or home page access or where any reproduction of the information relating to this competition misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the competition.
4. Competition Details
4.1 All qualifying entrants who answer the question correctly will be placed in a free prize draw.
4.2 The prize-winner will be drawn at random after the closing date.
4.3 Winners will be notified within 28 days of the draw taking place. They will have 7 days to claim the prize. After which if not claimed, another winner will be chosen at random.
4.4 The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.5 The prize is five nights in a Loft Luxury Seafront Guestroom with Private Pool at Abaton Hotel, Crete for two people on a bed and breakfast basis.
4.6 Two economy class return flights from the UK are included in the prize, subject to availability.
5. Prize Restrictions and Details
5.1 There is no cash alternative to the prize.
5.2 The prize must be taken between 1 September 2019 – 31 August 2020.
5.3 The hotel is closed between October 31 2019 – 20 April 2020.
5.4 The prize is subject to availability and non-refundable, based on two people sharing one room.
5.5 Holiday insurance is not included and must be purchased before travel.
5.6 Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
