Competition Terms and Conditions

. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at https://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to the Visit Southport radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run from Friday 3rd July 2020 until Thursday 16th July 2020 on Heart North West (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must go online to www.heart.co.uk, answer the multiple-choice question and register their details. Online entry will open at 00:00 on Friday 3rd July 2020 and close at 23:59 on Thursday 16th July 2020.

4. The winner will be chosen at random from all correct and eligible entries and contacted by Heart.

Eligibility:

5. Entrants must be 18 or over.

6. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

7. One winner will receive a Great British Break to Southport for two adults aged 18 or over which includes:

– Three nights accommodation in a luxurious Loft Deluxe Room at Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa near Southport – the hotel is planning to re-open from 30th July 2020 subject to government guidelines
– After dinner cocktails around the resort firepit on the first night – this can be arranged to an alternate night during the stay if the weather doesn’t permit – each person will receive one cocktail
– Full English or Continental Breakfast each morning
– Unlimited access to the swimming pool & poolside facilities including the Laconium Cabin, Experience Showers, Ice Fountain & Himalayan Salt Sauna
– Free bike hire for the duration of the stay
– One luxury picnic provided by the hotel during your stay
– Two passes (one per person) for Pleasureland Amusement Park in Southport which will be provided at the hotel – each pass will be in the form of a Southport Pleasureland Funcard Token which allows for a day’s access to Southport Pleasureland on a day of the winner’s choice subject to availability. The pass will allow the user to get unlimited rides on most rides. Pass details can be found here https://www.southportpleasureland.com/rides/. Southport Pleasureland is due to re-open from 11th July 2020 subject to government guidelines. 8. The full prize valid is until 30th December 2020 and all dates are subject to date availability.

9. A representative from the hotel resort will be in touch with the winner to arrange the booking and the prize must be booked with Formby Hall Golf Resort & Spa prior to the stay.

10. Travel is not included.

11. Only the food and drink stated above is included in the prize.

12. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
