Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at www.classicfm.com/terms-conditions/competitions/) (the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘Nation’s Favourite Carol with Robinsons’ radio competition (the “Competition”) which will run from 30th November 2020 to 17th December 2020 on Classic FM (the “Radio Station”).

2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.

Details of the Competition:

3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must Go online to https://www.classicfm.com/win/ and locate the Nation’s Favourite Carol win page.

4. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Monday 30th November 2020 and close at 23:59 on Thursday 17th December 2020.

5. Entrants will be required to select their favourite carol from the list provided, before registering their details, and submitting their entry.

6. Three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries, and will be contacted by telephone or email by NDL within 2 working days of the competition closing.

Eligibility:

7. Entrants must be 18 years or older.

8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.

Prize:

9. There are 3 prizes to be won, each consisting of:

• 1 x Fortnum & Mason ‘The Sleighborne’ Hamper

Prize Terms and Conditions:

10. Each of the hampers will be dispatched by NDL on Monday 21st or Tuesday 22nd December 2020, via a next day delivery service.

11. Confirmation of the delivery address from the winner must be received no later than 17:00 on Monday 21st December 2020.

12. Should any of these products be unavailable at the time of purchase, the NDL Group reserves the right to substitute with an alternative of equal or greater value. Specifications are subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.

13. NDL will do their best to adhere to these time frames, however due to the uncertainty around the full impact of the Coronavirus, there may be delays with stock availability and deliveries

14. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
