Competition Terms and Conditions

Acceptance of these rules is a condition of entry and entry instructions form part of these rules. Entry indicates acceptance of these rules.

1. Only one entry per person.

2. The prizes are as follows:

First prize:

1 x Forest Holidays cabin break in a fully equipped two-bed Silver Birch cabin on a self-catering basis, sleeping up to four people. The winner can opt for a midweek four-night or weekend three-night stay at one of 11 locations.

The prize must be booked and taken by 31/12/20 and is subject to availability.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
The winner is responsible for transport to and from their chosen location
No part of the prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
By entering the competition, you signify your agreement with these terms and conditions.

There will be 12 winners who will each win one of the above prizes.

3. The promoter is EPOCH making toys Limited.

4. Employees (and their families or agents) of the promoter are not eligible to enter.

5. To participate in the prize draw, entrants are required to submit a photo of your Sylvanian Families figures on a ‘summer adventure’, their email address and full name via the Woobox link provided. They must do this between Friday 20th March and Sunday 16th August 2020.

6. Any entry that is illegible, lost or misplaced, incomplete or fraudulent, or which otherwise does not comply with these rules, will be disqualified at the sole discretion of EPOCH making toys Limited.

7. All winners will be chosen based on their photo entries by an independent panel of judges. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

8. The winners will be notified no later than 10 days after the competition has closed. If the winners do not respond within 48 hours of receiving the notification, Promoter reserves the right to re-draw and choose alternative winners (and so on until the prize is fulfilled).

9. The prize draw period will commence on Friday 20th March and end at midnight on Sunday 16th August 2020. Entries must be received by no later than midnight on the closing date. Any entries received after midnight on the closing date will not be accepted.

10. The names of the winners will be available until 30th September 2020, and can be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to EPOCH making toys Limited (company number 08628316) of Court, 30 Windsor Street, Uxbridge, Middlesex, UB8 1AB.

11. Entries from UK mainland addresses only. There is no cash or other alternative to the prize. Due to the coronavirus, prizes will be delivered as soon as possible but a confirmed arrival date cannot be given.

12. The promoter reserves the right to use all images entered for promotional activity.

12. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed as a result of any network, computer/phone hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

13. EPOCH making toys Limited will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent.

14. The winners agree to participate in all required publicity.

15. Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms of this promotion without notice due to circumstances outside its control.

16. Promoter may at its discretion extend the period of the promotion.

17. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter. Facebook and Twitter are not responsible to entrants in respect of any aspect of this promotion.
