Competition Terms and Conditions

1.1. Win a Festive Winter Wonderland break in 2021 to Camber Sands Holiday Park or Ruda Holiday Park, up to the value of £500 by entering via Parkdean Resorts social media pages.

2. Eligibility
2.1. Entrants must not be employed by, or be in the immediate family of a person who is employed by, a member of the Parkdean Resorts Group.
2.2. Entrants must be 18 years old or over.

3. Entry
3.1. One entry per person is permitted via social media.
3.2. Entrants must complete the submission form on the Parkdean Resorts website using the link provided on either the Parkdean Resorts Facebook or Instagram page competition post. The entrant must also like or follow the page they have entered on and comment with the word ‘Entered’ to be in with the chance of winning.
3.3. Entrants must enter between 9am 31/08/2021 and 12pm on 14/09/2021. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

4. The draw
4.1. One winner will be chosen at random on 14/09/2021 and will be announced shortly after the competition ends on the same day.

5. The prize
5.1. The winner will receive a Festive Winter Wonderland break at Camber Sands Holiday Park or Ruda Holiday Park, up to the value of £500, on participating dates subject to availability and holiday park opening dates.
5.2. The prize is non-exchangeable and no cash or voucher alternative is offered. The prize must be claimed within one holiday booking.
5.3. The winner must pay any additional cost of the holiday if the price exceeds £500.
5.4. Any extras such as pets, dining options, cots, bed guards and highchairs will be chargeable in line with standard Parkdean Resorts’ standard booking terms and conditions.
5.5. The winner is responsible for any expenses and arrangements not specifically included in the prize.5.6. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so.5.7. The prize will be subject to Parkdean Resorts’ standard holiday booking conditions.
6. Administrative
6.1. Parkdean Resorts UK Limited (the Promoter) accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, or damaged, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure.
6.2. The winner will be notified by direct message on Facebook using the details provided.
6.3. The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
6.4. The winner’s social media account name can be obtained by sending a letter in a stamped addressed envelope to the Promoter at Parkdean Resorts UK Limited, 2nd Floor, One Gosforth Park Way, Gosforth Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE12 8ET within 21 days of the closing date of the competition.
6.5. Participants accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone where these or our standard holiday terms and conditions have been breached.
6.6. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
6.7. In so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
6.8. The Promoter may either publish or make available on request the social media account name of the prize winner in order to satisfactorily demonstrate that a prize has been won, either to other entrants and/or a relevant regulatory body.
6.9. The winner may be requested to participate in publicity related to the competition which may include publication of their name and photograph in any media.
6.10. Personal information provided by you in submitting your competition entry will be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.
6.11. The competition will be governed by English Law and entrants to the competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
