The prize draw is open to UK residents aged over 18 only, excluding employees and their immediate families of The Jordans & Ryvita Company, a division of ABF Grain Products Limited their agents, third parties, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

1 (one) winner will be selected at random. We will not respond to every entry. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This competition will run from 10.00am on 4th December 2020 and will close at midnight on 10th December 2020.

The winner will be selected at random – The winner will be sent their prize to the address they specify.

While we can take responsibility for making great products, we’re afraid we can’t take responsibility for entries that are lost, damaged, delayed, misdirected or incomplete, cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt.

By entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.

All entries must be made by the entrant themselves. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries, entries by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter), and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the spirit of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void.

All prizes are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and no cash or other alternative is available, but in the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

Please allow 28 days for the delivery of the prize.

If a winner has not contacted us within 10 days of first email notification we reserve the right to re-draw the prize, in which case the original winner will forfeit any rights to the prize.

The name of the prize-winners will be available from Jordans by post to anyone sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to the address set out below within 10 weeks of the closing date of the promotion.

The Jordans & Ryvita Company, a division of ABF Grain Products Limited reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Competition with our without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud).

The Jordans & Ryvita Company, a division of ABF Grain Products Limited shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, including the seeking of all injunctive or ancillary relief actions.
