Competition Terms and Conditions

The Just One Cornetto promotion (‘Promotion’) is organised by Global (as defined in the General Terms and Conditions). The Promotion will run from 04/08/2021 to 29/08/2021 on the Heart Radio Network.
IMPORTANT: The Promotion is subject to these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions which are available here. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the General Terms and Conditions.

Details of the Promotion:
1. To enter the Promotion, you must go online to the Promotion entry page at heart.co.uk/win, register your details and submit a video of you singing the ‘Just One Cornetto’ song in a public place.
2. Online entry will open at 00:01 on Wednesday 4th August 2021 and close at 23:59 on Sunday 29th August 2021. Entries received before or after this time will not be included in the Promotion.
3. Within 28 days of the closing time of the Promotion, all eligible entries will be entered into a draw. One correct entry will be selected at random and the winning entrant will be contacted by one of our representatives via telephone on the telephone number on which you entered. If such winner does not respond within 28 days from being contacted, they will forfeit their right to the prize and we shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw.
4. We may publish and publicise your name, submitted image/video footage, social media handle and/or profile picture, your nearest geographical location (for example, your nearest city, town or county) and your entry, and we may refer to your and any applicable third party’s (for example a guest/travel companion) association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes solely in connection with the Promotion.
5. In relation to winners (and runners up if applicable), you understand that we may: (i) interview you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) which we may film, photograph and/or record and; (ii) film, photograph and/or record, you and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) in connection with the Promotion, either by telephone or in person, and we may use such films, recordings and/or photographs for publicity and PR purposes in any and all media, worldwide, as often and for as long as we consider appropriate or desirable, in connection with the Promotion. We may also publish your and your guest(s)/travel companion(s) name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture.

Eligibility:
6. The Promotion is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, and who are based in the UK at the time of entry.
7. The entry must feature the entrant singing a recognisable part of the ‘Just One Cornetto’ song in a public place.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Promotion.

Prize:
9. One winning entrant will receive a trip for two adults and two children to Venice.
10. The prize includes:
a. Return flights for two adults and two children to Venice, Italy
b. Return shuttle water transfers from the airport to the hotel
c. Two night’s accommodation in a centrally located 4* Hotel
d. Breakfast for two adults and two children in the hotel restaurant each morning
e. Gondola ride and serenade for two adults and two children
f. Travel Insurance
11. Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the prize provider, NDL Travel and
excludes the Christmas holiday period, Valentine’s Day/weekend, Easter weekend and all other bank holiday weekends in the UK and Italy. Your trip must be booked at least 8 weeks in advance.
12. Prize includes return economy flights, all flight taxes and surcharges as well as one piece of checked baggage per two people. Subject to availability, departure airport used will be the winners nearest international airport that operates direct flights to Venice. Please note, this may not be your closest airport. If you don’t hold a UK passport you may need a visa for this destination, and this should be arranged with the appropriate embassy. Although please note the cost of a visa of this kind isn’t
included in your prize.
13. Children should be 11 years or younger at the time of travel.
14. It is the winner’s responsibility to comply with any Covid-19 checks for entering Italy
and upon returning to the UK. NDL Group cannot be held responsible for the winner not having the correct travel documentation, test results or following any COVID-19 regulations.
15. Transfers to the hotel/airport are not private and you may be sharing with other passengers.
16. You will be staying in a 4* hotel, sharing a family room with en-suite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.
17. Your prize stay also includes funds to pay tourism tax that is payable locally to the hotel when you check-out.
18. Travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply. Should NDL Group be unable to purchase travel insurance on the winner’s behalf, a cash sum will be provided to the winner via bank transfer.
19. All prizes must be claimed and booked by the prize winner within 12 months from the date of our initial correspondence with them.
20.Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the winner.
21. The prize is non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available except in our sole discretion.
22. We reserve the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value at our absolute discretion.

24. In addition to the provisions set out at clause 12.1 in the General Competition Terms & Conditions relating to fulfilment of prizes, our ability to fulfil a prize, or perform any of our obligations under the General Competition Terms and Conditions or these Specific Rules (together, the“Competition Terms and Conditions”) could be affected by an actual or threatened epidemic, pandemic, disease or quarantine and/or any corresponding governmental action, guidance and/or ruling (including but not limited to any Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office guidance) (“Covid Measures”). If, due to Covid Measures, we are unable to fulfil a prize or perform any of our other obligations under the Competition Terms and Conditions, (for example, if the prize is a Holiday Prize to a destination where UK travellers are unable to travel to or advised against travelling to as a result of the Covid Measures), then we shall not be in breach of the Competition Terms and Conditions. In these circumstances, we will try and mitigate the effects of the Covid Measures, for example, by varying or swapping the prize in accordance with the provisions at clause 12. A Holiday Prize may need to be swapped for a cash prize, which will be decided by us in our sole discretion.

Data Protection:
25. Your personal data, and the personal data of any guest(s)/travel companion(s) that you or they provide to us, will be collected and processed by us, our licensees (including Communicorp UK Limited and Quidem Limited), as well as the prize providers, and if applicable, our service providers, network operators and suppliers in order to administer and fulfil the Promotion. Your personal data may also be disclosed to the Phone-paid Services Authority, Ofcom and/or the Advertising Standards Authority at their reasonable request for regulatory purposes, for example, in order to prevent, investigate and detect crime, fraud or anti-social behaviour and comply with law enforcement agencies and applicable advertising codes.
26. We may hold your personal data for a period of 2 years in order to comply with our regulatory obligations.
27. You may be asked if you want to opt-in to marketing from us or our Promotional Partners when you enter a Promotion. If you choose to opt-in, we and/or our Promotional Partners (as applicable) will use your personal data for marketing purposes (see our Privacy Policy for more details). You can opt out at any time.
28. We, the Promotion Partners and the prize providers may transfer and process personal data outside of the EEA and UK for the purposes of administering the Promotion.
29. By entering a Promotion, you acknowledge that any personal data provided by you in connection with the Promotion will be processed as set out above and in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which sets out full details of how we process personal data and how you can exercise your rights as a data subject. Please ensure you have read and understood our Privacy Policy before entering any Promotion.
30. You may request the removal of your personal details from our database by contacting privacy@global.com. If you request that your personal details be removed prior to the conclusion of a Promotion, you will forfeit your right to enter the Promotion and/or claim any prize and we reserve the right to select another entrant to participate in the Promotion or withdraw the prize and select another winner, as applicable.
31. If you are required to submit a guest(s)/travel companion(s) personal data to enter a Promotion, you must ensure that your guest(s)/travel companion(s) have given you consent to provide us with their personal data.
